Life and Kid arrive in the arcade together, and see that there's no one there. "So, Kid," Life asks, "What game we gonna play?"

I'm not sure myself life. Though this isn't the biggest arcade around, it still has a big selection and as time goes by more games will be available as more space becomes available. Actually theres enough space now but I need to earn some cash from these games in order to buy more games. So what game you wana play first?
I've got a nice selection of shooting games available if you want to shoot terrorist scum. Or in some cases, zombies and similar enemies. Theres also some good racing games if you think that you can choose a car that can outrace me. Not much in the way of fighting games but I have another game on order and should be here soon. I'm no good at those madden games and am alright at the golf one. Perhaps you just wanna play a quick round of pinball to warm up before we play the bigger games?
Heck lets just play some pinball first. Kid and life walk over to a corner of the arcade where several pinball machines are. "These are my top 3 favorite pinball machines. Not a big selection yet but more should be arriving soon. However my all time favorite now is this Medieval Madness one so how about we give that a try. I'll tell you that Im very good and have broken the high score numerous times." Kid says.
"I do own these so I can play for free. But that takes forever to change the settings on the machine and then they would have to be rebooted and tested again. So I'll just put in my money for now, after all I can just open the machine up later and get the money back when I empty the machines of coins." Kid says as he puts in 2 quarters into Medieval Madness pinball and lifebaka does the same.
Kid opts to go first and so presses the start button twice (for himself and life) and both are registered for the game. Kid presses the launch button and the ball shoots up the right side of the board and lands in the skill shot area, netting kid an instant easy 70k points. The ball then proceeds to bounce around the kickers in that area, netting him more points overall and points that go towards the JOUST bonus as to which you need 40 for the first JOUST jet bonus (as its called on the real machine ive played). After the ball gets out of the kickers the jet counter has moved from 40 down to 23. Kid then hits the ball again which flies into the Merlins Magic slot.
"Well, lets see what we have here" merlin says and the screen shows a picture of merlin looking over a list of options to do. He finally stops and selects "Light Extra Ball". The ball gets tossed out of merlins magic......and a second later lands right back in again! Kid gets the extra ball for later. Eventually kid does well and gets the JOUST jet kickers counter down to 10 left.
Kid was doing well and hit the ball up a ramp but it didn't have enough power. The ball rolled back down the ramp and down the drain, causing kid to lose the ball. After that it gave kid bonus points which were almost a million in bonuses. Kid then got a message saying the extra ball would be given after the end of his 3rd ball play. (Note it doesnt do this in the real machine, Ive gotten extra balls on 1st/2nd ball and it does it immediately after losing that ball. Im just taking my extra ball after my 3rd so you ca have a turn life)
Kids total score had gone up to 9,428,770. He was close to 10 million points. If he could just get to a total of 20 million he would automatically get a free replay game! The machine beeped for player 2 and kid got out of the way as lifebaka stepped up to the machine. The machine of course taunted lifebaka before he even hit the button to launch the ball.
"I am the king of pain. Welcome to my realm mortal. Fight back if you DARE!" the machine taunted to lifebaka. Would he go ahead and press the launch button and fight back and earn points, even more would he catch up to kid?

"Ah, I'm not very good at these," Life sighs. "But I'll give it shot."
Life presses the button to lauch the ball, and keeps it up in the bumpers for a minute or two, then misses and lets it go down the drain. He only scores 1,259,230 on his first ball.
"Heh, sorry I'm not much of a challenge."

Kid steps up to take ball 2. He presses the button to launch the ball and it stays in the bumpers for a while, getting kicked around and netting kid more points. Eventually the ball gets kicked 40 times and kid gets the message "Super Jets Activated. 1 million points gained".
Eventually the ball makes its way to the flippers and kid hits a well aimed shot up at the drawbridge of the castle, which promptly lowers. He is then able to shoot the ball up the ramps a few times where the machine says some funny comments. The ball got to the flipper again and kid hit the ball up a ramp.....but the ramp was a bit steep and the ball didnt have enough speed to make it up. The ball rolled back down the ramp, barely missing the flippers and landing in the drain.
After giving him some well earned bonuses, kids total score so far after his second ball was now : 14,809,250. The machine switched over to player 2 and kid moved and let lifebaka take his turn again. This time though Merlin's Magic was lit. If lifebaka could just land the ball in there he could get a great effect. The possible effects for life to get were: Score x2 (Your score/points for ball 2 are doubled), Light Trolls (a mode on the machine), Lower Drawbridge (For getting at the castle gate), and 500,000 points, or Light extra ball (must land in merlins magic a 2nd time to activate)
Lifebaka, note if you land in Merlins magic state which of the effects you want. Score X2, Light Trolls, Lower Drawbridge, 500,000 points, or Light Extra Ball. You'll get that effect.

BM walks in the arcade with his bag of cookies. He heads over to the change machine and puts a $5 in and takes the pile of quarters. He looks around at the games and heads over to Carnevil which was in the Shooting section. This was close to the pinball machines. BM glanced over and saw kid and what looked like lifebaka playing pinball. "That can't be lifebaka playing pinball. He hates pinball, plus he always told me he is no good at those machines." BM thinks to himself.
He puts in 2 quarters into carnevil and picks up the shotgun and begins to shoot at the enemies that appear on screen.....

Tommy enters the arcade and walks over to the House of the dead machine.
"Ah, one of my favorite classics" he thinks to himself.
Tommy inserts a handful of quarters into the slot and starts shooting up some zombies.
