From: The Templar Knight | Posted: 3/20/2004 12:09:41 AM | Message Detail The UGFA troops formed a line as they prepared to charge the final barricade. They strapped on bayonets and took a good look at each other, knowing many would die. Then they all screamed "Long live Commando!" and ran towards the enemy barricade.
A huge volley plummeted the UGFA troops, sending blood flashes and dropped weapons everywhere. The South Americans reloaded and fired again, taking more down, but this time the UGFA returned fire. Although most hit the overturned cars, a few went through holes and sent blood spilling from enemy bodies. Then the UGFA reached the line and went over the top. The following was a brutal struggle in which many were killed on both sides, but in the end the colombians retreated, defeated with only 34 left. At the end of the village was a grand palace with a larg courtyard, which winters had been sniping from. Then he heard footsteps all around him as the 34 enemy troops ran to the courtyard. Winters fired a sniper bullet a close range, killing two enemies at one. Then he took out a hand grenade and chucked it through the door, hearing a satisfying bang. A dead body flew through the empty doorway and near Winter, who rolled out of the way.
When the smoke cleared 17 Colombian troops burst into the courtyard. Winters jumped out from behind a rock and shot two of them, whose blood spattered against the wall. He then realized he was out of bullets and waited to be killed. But then a MIG fighter shot a rocket into the South Americans, killing them all. Winters had won. He ran over the dead bodies and yelled to his men "Victory is ours!" The men cheered and boarded the boats, then headed back to Ft. Deathshead to celebrate a glorious win. --- *is commando*

From: Da Bomb | Posted: 3/20/2004 12:42:48 AM | Message Detail "Take, McKinley, I want answers - now!" demanded Sanchez irately shortly after he heard the terrible new of the ambush, "What the hell happened?" "I - I don't know, sir," Tate quaked as he lied, "I don't see how such an ambush could have happened." "McKinley? Any thoughts?" Sanchez asked, directing his question at the Scot. "No, sir, not at all," McKinley replied as he eyed Tate, "I seems we have a traitor on our hands." "Whatever brought you to that conclusion?" Tate defended, "How do you know it wasn't Commando's sly intelligence reports that lead us to a trap?" "It seems unlikely that he could have bugged this fort, especially Sanchez's own bunker," McKinley explained, "And if he simply had a few soldiers watching outside, they would have either been spotted by our snipers or caught in Da Bomb's traps." "How do you know they didn't avoid that traps?" Tate shot back, "The UFGA is very well trained." "Its a theory, and educated guess, Tate, "McKinley answered, puzzled by the man's reactions, "From the known facts, treason seems most likely. Perhaps he, or she, is here in this very room right now," McKinley continued as he eyed Tate. "Fine. Whatever. I'll...I'll go to the hospital wing to question the survivors," Tate announced, becoming uncomfortable, "All 3 of them." As Tate left, Sanchez sat back down, and with a raised eyebrow he asked, "Do you have something against Tate, Admiral?" "No sir," McKinley replied. "I see," Sanchez sighed, "So why are you acting this way toward him?" "It's just a theory," McKinley explained, "An educated guess." --- Behind every great man is a woman rolling her eyes ~ Bruce Almighty cgi.gamefaqs.com/boards/genmessage.asp?board=7&topic=13043409

From: Da Bomb | Posted: 3/20/2004 12:55:05 AM | Message Detail "Are you sure this'll work, kid?" JL wondered, referring to an ambitious plan to take out a small garrison occupying Luanda, Angola, "I prefer stealth when it comes to attack, not some crazy scheme." Kid smiled, "Its not a crazy scheme," he said, "It's a simple plan to gain more of a stronghold in Africa. There are 200 men alone in Launda, and I don't feel like letting them stay there for much longer." "I guess you are correct, but these farfetched schemes seem to be your only path of thought," JL informed. "Nope, they're my strongpoint," kid replied. With that, the two climbed into their plush seats, and strapped themselves in as the pilot approached the helicopter. He was a towering figure; at least 6 1/2 feet in height, and at least 250 pounds of muscle to fit over the tall skeleton. The pilot stepped up into his chair, fitted hi helmet on, and signaled for a take off. The 'copter rose, as did several others, while a small party of Armoured Personel Carriers and hummers made their way toward Luanda. From: Da Bomb | Posted: 3/20/2004 1:11:50 AM | Message Detail Naidoo stared up at the glistening sun that pounded on the sandy wasteland he called home as his hummer revved over a sand dune with a creaking of the suspension and a cough of sand from the tyres. No, it was not Naidoo in person, but rather his son, who had taken the side of kid in the hope to repay all for his father's death. He was only a teen, perhaps 17 or 18, but he was quick-witted and a swift, efficient killer, and was surprisingly cunning for his age. He was not going to be on the frontline of the upcoming battle, but rather a supervisor of the attack, and an observer. Naidoo jr. had great things planned for his older years, but at such a young age, he required education, and so within an hour he would get the battlefield education he would need. The choppers flew almost silently overhead as the hummers and hefty APCs strained to keep up the pace. Timing was of the essense in this instance. The garrison dwelling in Luanda consisted of 350 men - more than kid had originally estimated - all hungry, tired, and desperate for supplies. The starvation plan if kid's was still in full bloom, and would not be stopped for anything, save for a surrender of the enemy. This time, kid would settle for no less. DDB stood over the helm officer, as the reports of the enemy's whereabouts came in. It was explained that the supply convoy planning to deliver supplies to Luanda was only a few minutes from their position; just enough time to load up the torpedoes. The submarines made their way peacefully through the lower depths of the Ocean, barely causing a ripple as they powered their way at top speed to the supply convoy. DDB smiled with an intent of malice as the helm officer informed him they were in range and ready to strike. The subs began to rise, below the convoy, until they were almost above the water. At that point, they stopped, and loaded their torpedoes to fire. It seemed that the convoy would be stopped in its watery tracks... --- Behind every great man is a woman rolling her eyes ~ Bruce Almighty cgi.gamefaqs.com/boards/genmessage.asp?board=7&topic=13043409

From: The Templar Knight | Posted: 3/20/2004 10:26:23 AM | Message Detail Luanda's commanding officer, Captain Gordan, had 350 men and 3 heavy tanks at his disposal. Not much of an army, he thought. Gordan had convinced the locals to have theur militia aid his force, so he spent most of his time drilling the 50 man African militia in UGFA fighting tactics. Counting the militia, it was 400 men. And they were hungry too. Sure, they were able to hunt and get minimal rations. But that didn't mae them too happy. The locals had already been robbed of all their food, those who would not fork it over were shot and thrown in the river. Not a good move, Gordan now realized, for that river was his only supply of water. Occasionally a plane might drop off some more, but that was inconsistant. He had to rely on his ocean convoy. --- *is commando*

From: Da Bomb | Posted: 3/20/2004 12:00:39 PM | Message Detail DDB felt the scar above his eye as the small band of submarines moved into position. They were to wait for the battleships before they could attack. For now, they were simply waiting. "Helm, how many vessels are there?" DDB asked, busying himself. "According to my radar, there are 15 vessels, 2 of which are battleships, and 1 that is a submarines," the officer fired back within a few seconds, after a short glance at his screen. "Hhmm," DDB contemplated, "I wasn't planning on a submarine; I guess we will have to change our plan," he pondered aloud as he stood up, "Communication, signal all underwater forces to attack the submarine, and then the ships. I don't want any casualties this time." The Communication officer nodded, and immediately sent the message, as DDB strolled back to the centre of the Commando centre and slumped into his chair. But finally, after a few more minutes of waiting, DDB's ships moved into position. As per DDB's plan, the battleships surrounded the enemy (just out of range of fire) and waited while their underwater counterparts began the attack. "Go straight for that sub," DDB ordered, "And when you get into position, don't hesistate to fire." The submarines navigated below the ships, and toward the sub, which had taken up a defensive position beside the largest of the battleships. As DDB's sub came up, torpedoes fired from both subs; DDB's hit the battleship, causing a gaping hole in one side of the hull, while the other sub fired slightly behind DDB's sub, and so struck a cargo ship. The pieces of shrapnel from that ship were blasted toward DDB's ship, scraping and breaching the thick outer hull. "Hull breach!" the helm officer yelled, "Section 12A!" "****!" DDB cursed, "Communication, tell all in that section to evacuate immediately!" he demanded. "Aye sir!" came the reply. As DDB's sub backed off, the rest came, and began to fire their own torpedoes; few hit the maneuverable enemy, but one collided at the rear of the sub, and one ploughed through the middle. The sub began to sink, prompting the battleships to move in. Commando's ships began to fire, battering several of DDB's ships, and sinking one , before the latter retaliated. The combined force of the ships and the subs were able to destroy the entire convoy, with the loss of two more subs and a battleship. Victory was theirs. --- Behind every great man is a woman rolling her eyes ~ Bruce Almighty cgi.gamefaqs.com/boards/genmessage.asp?board=7&topic=13043409

From: Da Bomb | Posted: 3/20/2004 5:48:57 PM | Message Detail McKinley strolled down the pure oak floor, admiring its natural colour and rustic appearance, until he halted at Tate's quarters. He knocked, and as if he was waiting for McKinley, Tate opened the door and allowed the Scot inside, though without any cordiality in his tone of voice. "You called for me Tate?" McKinley asked, "But this had better be good; I belive we have reached a breakthrough on who the traitor is. Soon enough, we will be knocking on his door," McKinley warned, lying only about the breakthrough part. He had reached no such breakthrough, but as he eyed Tate, he watched him squirm slightly. "Yes....yes, this is important," Tate replied, hiding his nervousness, "I have been meaning to consult you about the ambush, and your actions afterward." "Go on..." McKinley probed. "Ever since the ambush you have acted strangely toward me, and I want to know why," he blurted out. "I'm sorry, Tate, it's just the loss of all those good men dampened my spirits and possibly lessened my judgement. I meant no offense," McKinley lied. "Good, ok....good," was all Tate could reply with. "But I am feeling better now, especially now that Sanchez had found out the culprit. He is planning to capture whoever exposed our plans tonight," McKinley revealed. "T-tonight?" Tate repeated, "I see. Well, thankyou for your time. I hope the culprit will be exposed soon enough." As McKinley opened the door and began to step out, he assured, "Oh, don't worry Tate. We'll find him in a few hours." With that, McKinley left the room, prompting Tate to lock the door and begin pondering for a plan. A few short minutes of mental discussion passed, until Tate realized he would have to take out all that knew about him. The American slid open a draw, took out a Walther pistol, and screwed on the silencer. When nightfall came, Tate would be ready. --- Behind every great man is a woman rolling her eyes ~ Bruce Almighty cgi.gamefaqs.com/boards/genmessage.asp?board=7&topic=13043409

From: Da Bomb | Posted: 3/20/2004 6:20:24 PM | Message Detail Sanchez sat, reading Moby Dick and sipping a glass of Vodka, as nigh began to engulf the land. The fort activity began to lessen, save only for the guard towers, and the fatigued troops began to retire to their quarters for a rest before their next day of war. But there were some who were still up and about at such a late hour... The candle beside Sanchez gave of little light, and mainly caused numerous disjointed shadows to appear and flicker on the wall, but Sanchez was used to its comforting flame and soft crackling as its wick was slowly burned. Outside, only the search lights sliced through the shadows, placing circles of light on whatever they touched. Sanchez was disturbed by a knock at his door. The brave South American groped up, and gradually pulled the door open with a creak. A figure stood, just outside, and as Sanchez allowed him inside, the figure burst in, and threw Sanchez to the floor. But it was not Tate who had entered. It was McKinley. "Sshh!" the Scot hissed, listening for sounds outside, "You must be silent," he whispered, raising his pistol. "Wha-what is happening?" Sanchez asked quietly, displeased that he had no knowledge of McKinley's reason for his actions "What are you doing?" "Someone is planning to attack you, tonight. And I think I know who," McKinley answered, taking out his phone and calling for Sanchez's bodyguards. Suddenly, the handle of the door began to silently turn, and out poked the barrel of the pistol as the door opened wider. McKinley gestured for Sanchez to look normal while the Scot his beside the door, waiting for the assailant. The door swung open, as Tate shot inside Sanchez's quarters and aimed his pistol. Fortunately for the Columbian, McKinley dived into Tate, knocking him to the floor. Both stood up immediately, and a hand-to-hand fight ensued between Tate and McKinley. The former picked up a chair and swung it at his adversary, breaking off the legs as he swung it into the wall. McKinley, on the other hand, dodged the wooden chair, and when he was able, he picked up one of the broken legs form the chair and beat Tate down with the weapon. The scot stood up, leaving Tate on the floor, as Sanchez walked over with both firearms. From: Da Bomb | Posted: 3/20/2004 6:40:50 PM | Message Detail As Sanchez's bodyguards entered, and escorted the traitorous Tate to the prison centre, Sanchez wondered how McKinley knew what Tate had planned. Sanchez: McKinley, I-I don't know how to thank you. McKinley: Don't worry, Sanchez, you life is payment enough. If you can topple Commando, and save this earth from his tyranny, I believe that will be more than what is required for my actions today. Sanchez: Gracìas anyway, McKinley. But how did you know? McKinley: (Wiping off his bleeding lip) I knew that any low-ranking officer would not know the full extent of our plans. Commando would never hire a simple "grunt" to give him information; any normal soldier here would know only that they were leaving for Africa, not the time they would leave, nor the rendevouz point nor how many were leaving. Only Lieutenants or other high-rankers would know that. Sanchez: I see. McKinley: Secondly, Commando seemed to be very well prepared for the ambush, meaning that he would have needed several hours to plan the attack, and then position his troops accordingly. That would mean that only those who originally discussed the plan, 30 or so hours ago could be the traitors. Sanchez: And the only 3 who knew of the plan back then were Tate, you, and I. McKinley: Precisely! I knew I had not leaked information, so that ruled myself out, and I knew that you would never send 1000 men off to die - on purpose - because of a paycheck from your hated enemy Commando. You would never side with him. Sanchez: So that left only Tate. McKinley: Yes, but I had no evidence. I had only a theory, as I explained before, so I had to wait until Tate acted. To do that I pretended you knew he was the culprit, and that you were to arrest him tonight. I apologize I had to put your life in danger. Sanchez: Quite alright, Admiral. The ends justifies the means. But may I ask, why did you act that way to Tate before the ambush? From: Da Bomb | Posted: 3/30/2004 12:31:48 AM | Message Detail President: Ah, Brooks, I am glad you survived the...accident a while back.
Brooks: Thankyou sir, but that was no accident. It was a sick attempt to manipulate us.
President: And it worked.
Brooks: What? But sir, you cannot side-
President: -now now, Brooks, I won't ever join the side of kid, especially when he and his operatives have dueled with the United States of America for so long. Yet, I cannot feel that Commando is not the better man.
Brooks: Sir, I agree Commando's meathods are...questionable at times, but he takes care of this country, and supplies us with all we require.
President: I know, I know, but when this war ends, I don't want him becoming the leader of the human race. I want to be independant, and so that is why I have been pondering a rebellion.
Brooks: But sir, we could not possibly-
President: -Brooks, this is my call, and I have discussed it with my Generals and Field Marshals. This seems the only way to end this war with our freedom intact.
Brooks: With all do respect, sir, we have no freedom. As soon as we joined Commando, we allowed ourselves to be taken advantage of, and for what? This country has been utterly battered by constant attacks from the South Americans. What has Commando done?
President: Commando has sent numerous supply ships over, as well as a massive army to take on those South Americans.
Brooks: And what did that achieve? He lost that battle, and now has been forced to use biological weapons, weapons that the USA promised never to condone or advocate - in any way.
President: That is true, Secretary of Defense, but I made that promise only at the start of the war when we had not faced nearly as much evil as we have encountered to this date. Times change, Brooks. We must adapt, or die.
Brooks: Then cannot we simply adapt to the Tyrranical way of life under the rule of Commando?
President: Brooks, I know you feel strongly about this issue, but the decision has already been made.
Brooks: Mr. President, I am responsible or the lives of each and every civilian in America. I cannot let this decision stand.
President: The decision stands, Brooks, and I am beginning to tire of your arguements.
Brooks: They are valid arguements, sir.
President: But they view only the small picture; only the immediate future. We must plan ahead.
Brooks: And you feel that waging war with such a powerful leader will save your people?
President: I feel that this decision is the best course of action, and if you will excuse me, I have a rebellion to plan.
Brooks: (Storming off) Yes....sir. --- Behind every great man is a woman rolling her eyes ~ Bruce Almighty

From: Templar Commando50 | Posted: 3/30/2004 10:03:35 PM | Message Detail Secret Service agent John Simons followed secretary Brooks out of the presidents room and into a black SUV. Brooks was furious and would not let the president destroy this country. He couldn't. It was his job to protect the people of the USA. And he wasn't going to let some old fool sacrifice the nation without a good reason. Agent Simons drove Brooks around the common and into a large apartment building, which was really a UGFA secret police station. Brooks entered the nice building and went down a secret stairway into a huge room filled with men in UGFA uniforms carrying guns and lots of computers. Brooks followed Agent Simons into an elavator and went down another level. The complex beneath the building was quite large. Brooks exited with the Agent and entered a room were several US politicians such as Govenors and senators, plus Macready and some US generals sat. These men were dedicated to keeping the USA under UGFA control at all costs. And so the meeting began.
Brooks- Gentlemen, welcome to the good sign of the line. I am Secretary of defense Brooks, loyal patriot of the USA.
UGFA secret police captain- Thank you Brooks. It is good to know that the president has been a decietful traitor all along. We had bugged his phone and tapped his office and gathered much evidence, yet we could never really prove it. Now you have given us the data we need to hang him as a traitor. On Commandos behalf I thank you.
Brooks- No problem Captain. I intend to save lives. Now the UGFA has the biggest army in the world, so fighting won't be much of a problem. It is just the US army is a big enough threat to be quite a problem to commando. And no doubt kid will attempt to coax them onto his side. Look what one filthy terror attack did.
Macready- Brooks is right guys. The people of the US are divided on this issue. The South will probably support commando because he helps protect their border from the South Americans. The North will probably help the president.
UGFA captain- I see.

From: Templar Commando50 | Posted: 3/31/2004 4:50:16 PM | Message Detail Commando and his Top Generals, Field Marshalls, and councilmen of the UGFA sat at the table for an update. If the USA was to abandon the UGFA, commando's empire would not control 73% of the wold anymore. It would be 57%. A whole lot of land to lose. But of course the president did not know Commando knew all about his plan. Also he did not know that a force of 3 million UGFA troops fresh out of China were coming overseas to keep order in the USA. UGFA secret police had tabs on the old president, they knew his every move. And from their huge safehouse under the apartment complex in Washington DC Brooks and his men conspired with commando's men a bold assasination attemt.
Naturally commando wasn't going to just gun the president down. If he did, an uprising may start against him. No, he would have an African do it. Probably some assasin from Nigeria. He would shoot the president in his lawn, and while the crowd panicked, a profesional UGFA sniper would take him out, disposing of the evidence. This way it would seem as though kid killed the president, not commando. It was the perfect plan.

From: Da Bomb | Posted: 4/2/2004 5:50:10 PM | Message Detail "Operation Black Hawk has succeeded, for the most part," kid informed his Marshals, "As our forces are driving out those Japanese and Chinese filth as we speak, and soon we will be able to create permanent forts near the Orient, to serve as bases for attack," kid continued, "But now we must look to our own hemisphhere," he warned as he pointed to Da Bomb, who stood beside a holographic projection of a map.
"Several days ago we witnessed several legions of Americans making their way downward, across America, to one of the Southern states. Our information remains very limited due to Commando's tight security, but we do know he plans an attack in South America very soon," Da Bomb explained, indicating the movements of the enemy foces on the map, "And we must be ready."
"Cannot Fort Almighty stand up against any attack?" General Moore asked, "We have been pouring masses of resources into that fort. I think we should use it."
"No, we must stop those UFGA troops before they enter South America," kid replied, "If we let them get to Fort Almighty, that zombie army waiting just outside will attack; no fort could stand against 3 million or so troops, fighting from both sides."
"I think we should be more concerned about the internal affairs of the US at this moment," commented JeanLuc, "There have been rumors of an uprising - a rebellion. I'm sure if we offered support to the rebels, America would become an easy target."
Kid shook his head, "They could be hollow rumors, JL; Stories that have no truth in them; disinformation. We cannot launch an attack without more than scraps of information, and a thin threat. I'm sorry, JL."
"Then may I volunteer to insinuate myself into the President's bodyguard force. It would be helpful if we wanted to...sway his perspective slightly," JL asked, wishing to protect his mother country.
"I doubt it will be easy, JL, but I believe it would be a wise course of action," kid allowed.

From: Da Bomb | Posted: 4/2/2004 6:12:29 PM | Message Detail Decapitated da Bomb threw the news announcer into his leather chair, and placed a Beretta to his temple, "Shutup, you babbling fool. Don't you see what's going on?" he mocked.
"The TV crew is ready, DDB. It's showtime," BNJ informed, watching the crew while speaking.
"Good. Let's open the public's eyes, shall we?"
BNJ ordered the crew to begin filming DDB, and then dashed down to the tech room to supervise the broadcast. He wandered in, and dismissed one of his accomplices, who swiftly proceeded in his fake SWAT uniform to the entrance of the CNN building.
"Are we broadcasting yet?" BNJ growled, keeping his Beretta ready.
"Yes...yes we are," was the nervous reply. Shortly after the response, BNJ radioed for DDB to begin his speech.
"Ladies, Gentlemen, boy, girls, and UFGA scumbags, this is an emergency news broadcast, that will hopefully open your eyes to the threat of Commando. I am DDB, a loyal patriot of the USA, and I am here to deliver the truth, not Commando's bull****. Oh, and for all you idiots attempting to shut down this report, I have at least 5 minutes of free time, thanks largely to my skilled team of Tech professionals. Resistance is futile, at least for the moment. Now, let us begin," DDB introduced with a fake tone of warmth and professionalism, as he hid his gun behind his back. All was going to plan.
"Firstly, let us backtrack slightly, to a few weeks ago, to the bombing of Olympia. As a loyal patriot, such news shocked me entirely; I was devastated by the casualties of those innocent civilians, but I became aware that this was not a terrorist attack; no, it was a conspiracy. You see, your wonderful President has offered his full support to the UFGA, but under certain restrictions He would not allow the UFGA to take too many American supplies, unfairly tax the citizens or otherwise jeopardize this wonderful environment we enjoy today. Of course, the megalomaniac Commando wanted nothing better than to milk America for what it was worth, and suck it dry of all money, troops and resources it had," DDB explained to the entire population of America, reciting word for word the lines he had created earlier, "In order to do that, Commando would either have to break the treaty with America, which of course he couldn't do, or get rid of America's leader, the one who stood in his way. Commando opted for the latter, and so a scheme was created to get our wonderful President out of power. That bomb America suffered weeks ago was hoped to kill the President. Of course, it did not. Commando, stubborn as he is, will no doubt try again, to rob the US of their rightful leader, and steal its supplies. Ladies and Gentlemen, you must not let this stand. Don't let Commando ruin your country. Don't let the UFGA take away all you have worked for. I, for one, won't. Please, will you?" DDB finally ended, lying about the entire plot. It was he who had placed the bomb, but now it seemed that it was the UFGA that had. DDB grinned as the broadcast ended, and he flew off in his helicopter back to his base. --- Behind every great man is a woman rolling her eyes ~ Bruce Almighty
