DB's small party set up their base in an old factory that was due for demolition. Since it lay on the outskirts of a measley town, nobody had ever bothered to take it down.
DB had stayed in his luxury plane and went through his plans while his servants made the area hospitable and his guards set up a defensive perimeter.
Within three hours, the factory was in good enough shape to grace the eyes of DB. The old machinery had been piled in one corner, leaving a lot of groundspace where computers, satellite hookups, monitors and automated machine guns were placed. One area had also been cleared and sanitized, so they it could function as the camping grounds for the off-duty soldiers at night.
DB, of course, would stay in his plane.
"Sir, Ezeoha informed us of the drop off-point as we landed," Smokey informed showing signs of dehydration in the hot sun, "Your contact here, Jaidi Azbek, sent us a truck. I filled it up with the proper weapons and troops, and they are now on their way to the drop-off point."
DB nodded. "Where is the said point?"
"It's an old mine several miles south of here. There's a town fairly close to it, though," Smokey replied, "Why do you ask?"
"It might be time to hatch my plan," DB replied, already moving to the makeshift armoury in the factory. "Tell me, do we have any Nigerian weapons on hand?"

The next morning Commando woke up and got ready for a new day. He washed up and shaved, and then polished his expensive black shoes, which he had done everyday before he was arrested years ago. It was a return to an old habit. He then went to the mess hall, where he was greeted by kid. Kid introduced Commando to all of the major figures in Kids organization, and then kid asked if there was anything he needed,
Actually kid, there is one thing. said Commando.
Really? Just name it. Oh and I have something for you.
Kid handed Commando a rare Singer M1911A1 Automatic Pistol. It was brand new and the grip was a good fit for Commandos hand.
Its custom made for you exactly explained kid. I figured you'd run into trouble so I had my engineers make this gun for you. It has extended range, accuracy, and stopping power. I knew you'd like it. And here, take this.
Kid gave Commando a nice shoulder holster.
Kid, I can't thank you enough. How much was all this?
Fifty five thousand dollars. This is a rare pistol and the upgrades cost a bit too. Don't worry about it though. Now, what was it you needed?
Commando explained that he needed the plane to get him to Havanna and the pass and money to get him into the secret medical facility there for a surgical appearance change.
Well, your in luck. I stayed up late last night and got a ticket for you to go. Make sure you put it to good use. This ticket is good for any operation they perform there. But make sure you don't get caught. This medical facility is not legal so thats why it is secret. You are going to have to sneak in, as police all over the world are searching for you. I have a jet waiting at Nigerian international airport and a limo to take you there. Good luck Commando and I hope to see you soon.
Commando shook kids hand and thanked him, and holstered his new pistol. He then departed from the mess hall and walked down the hallway, heading for the exit where kids limosine was waiting.

Commando walked down the main hallway of kidgames base and exited out of a fancy wooden door to the parked limo. The limo itself looked ordinary and the windows were completely tinted, and most likely bulletproof. Commando nodded his head in approval and greeted the driver, who was leaning against the side his vechile. Pleasure to meet you sir remarked the driver, a tall man in a black suit and dark sunglasses. Commando shook his hand and the driver continued to introduce himself. I am William Black, your driver today at kidgames request. This should be a four hour trip so I have left some drinks and food for you in the back, as I knew you'd be hungry. I hope you have a good trip and enjoy my cooking. Commando was quick to notice the uzi machine pistol slung over Mr. Blacks shoulder. As Commando turned and opened the door, he was greeted by several trays of food and a bottle of fine wine. Kid really knew how to treat his guests, he thought. Commando closed his door and sat down, helping himself to a plate full of seafood. Mr. Black could speak to Commando through a small speaker up front, which he did as soon as he started the car. Is there anything you need sir came out from the speakers in the back on the limo. Commando took his own speaker and responed Not now thanks. Black nodded his head and stepped on the gas, driving out of kids compound.
The limo cruised along for an hour or so through burning Nigerian deserts and at one point over a dried riverbed via a bridge. At the end of the bridge was a Nigerian police vechile and two visable uniformed officers. One held up his hands, motioning for the limo to stop, and Mr. Black did so cooly. The officer walked up to the car as Black rolled down the window and took off his shades. Is everything alright officer? questioned Black in a confident way. The officer stared at him. I have orders from General Ezeoha himself to search any vechile I come across. Awful peculiar I find a limosine on a quiet road like this. Unlock the back door so I can search it.

The weapons truck arrived on time, throwing up sand into the air as it trundled across the arid ground. It stopped as soon as it was confronted by one of Ezeoha's men. The driver was patted down for bugs, and the truck was inspected for similar listening devices.
Everything seemed fine. The weapons were in order, stacked in the rear of the truck, and Ezeoha had found little reason to be suspicious.
He did make sure to fire a random machine gun from the rear o the truck to make sure it was in proper working order. You couldn't be too careful when dealing with people like DB.
In the distance Ezeoha could see more dust flying into the air. He doubted DB would be partaking in the transaction...so who could it be?
"You and you," Ezeoha barked, pointing at two officers, "Take a Jeep and find out who that is."
They nodded, and departed in a spluttering, sand-covered Jeep.
They didn't return. Gunfire and an explosion were heard in the distance.
"God damn it!" Ezeoha swore, "All hands, get ready! Fire at will!"

Black blew the smoke off of the barrel of his uzi. The dead Nigerian policeman lay sprawled out on the ground, his uniform covered in blood. The other officer was slumped down in his jeep, riddled with bullets as well. The jeep itself was absolutely trashed and billowed smoke.
It had all happened so fast. Black had opened the limo door and slammed it against the police officers knee, sending him down to the ground. Black had then taken out his customized Israeli-made uzi and unloaded it into the man. Before his comrade in the jeep could act, Black had finished off the clip on him.
Commando was shocked and impressed at the same time. He stepped out of the limo, his own pistol drawn. Where did you learn to shoot like that? he breathed.
I'm ex-SAS explained Black. I served in the British armed forces for 7 years before I left at under honorable standards. I then became a merc and kid picked me up. That simple sir.
Black appeared to Commando as a casual man with a hardened side he only let out rarely. Well Mr. Black, I may have some use of you in the near future. But right now we have to get out of here immediatly or we won't have much of a future to discuss about.
Black turned around, his suit coat blowing slightly in the desert wind. Looking out off of the bridge and over into the desert, they saw a large dust cloud coming towards them. The Nigerians showed up rather quick Black said with a hint of a laugh. Commando shook his head in fustration. That might be Ezeoha. That coward is sure to have brought plenty of men with him. For now lets not risk full-blown confrontation. Commando paused to think for a split second. Forget the airport, its too far away. Lets go to the nearest village, as long as the Nigerian military isn't present. Got that? Black nodded cooly and both got back in the limo and sped off in the opposite direction.

Schabir Zuma sat in his modest wooden chair in the corner of his tent. His tent was large and was surrounded by a handful of smaller tents, the smaller tents housing his few accomplices. He slowly puffed a cigarette as he watched the news, looking for any sign of Khel Dassar. He was in luck. Dassar was CNN's top story. The terrorist had committed yet another crime, this time by bombing a bus full of Pakistani civilians. A ruthless man like Dassar was exactly what Zuma needed.
Zuma's heritage was a mixture of Dutch and English, but he had been born in South Africa. During the old South African government Zuma had been an important official, as he was chief economic minister. He had known Commando personally and the two had often worked together due to their government positons. That is not to say they got along. Zuma had never liked Commando much and Commando felt the same way towards Zuma.
When the European-run government of South Africa had fallen, Zuma was arrested by African Union soldiers. Zuma, like Commando, was tried with crimes against humanity. Zuma had often had scores of random African citizens killed and taken their money for his own personal fortune. Not even Commando had gone to such lows. Zuma was sentenced by the African Union to be executed, but he had made a deal with General Ezeoha: If allowed to live in exile in the Kalahari desert, he would testify against Commando and all the other members of the old South African government. Ezeoha enthusiastically supported this and with his "persuasion" of several other African leaders Zuma was allowed to live in exile. Zuma's testimony against his former friends in the old South African government was devestating and it resulted in many executions and imprisonments.
Zuma and a few of his aids then went on to live meagerly in the Kalahri desert, but Zuma could not handle this wretched lifestyle. What no one knew though was that while economic minister, Zuma had smuggled over a billion dollars from South Africas treasury and deposited it in banks accounts all over the world, for later use. Recently he had secretly contacted Dassar and offered him 500 million if he could help Zuma lead a revolt and bring him to power. Dassar had accepted. Zuma just had to wait for the right time.

The limo retreated down the dirt roads at 85 mph, kicking dust and small stones in all directions. The desert all around them was open, with just a few small sand hills and a dead tree here and there. There was no living vegitation in sight and no water to be found. Commando and Black both knew that if their vechile was wrecked they would surely die of the extreme heat in the deserts of northern Nigeria.
About a half mile or so behind them came a few of Ezeoha's vechiles, overflowing with soldiers. Commando had taken out a pair of small binoculars and was looking out the back window at the small convoy chasing them. He counted 4 jeeps, an army truck, and a hulking APC. He assumed Ezeoha was in the APC with his bodyguards and the trucks and jeeps were full of Nigerian regulars. Commando knew that Black and he would not last against this assortment of foes, and so they needed help fast. As if sensing Commandos thoughts, Black reached for the radio and sent a distress call to kidgame. Kid, kid, do you hear me?! Its Black. Track us down and send backup now!
---------------------------
Ezeoha sat inside the Nigerian APC, not moving the slightest bit. He was accompanied by 8 bodyguards and a representative of DB (the same one who had delivered the arms shipment to Ezeoha). Most of the new weapons were still at the drop-off site, but Ezeoha wanted to take DB's man with him, as he did not trust leaving him alone with his new guns. Ezeoha had brought a few along with him though, just to make sure he could finish Commando off. Step on it! I haven't got all day! he angrily hissed at the driver of the APC. The driver nodded and sped up, going at max speeds. The other Nigerian vechiles did the same and soon they were within shooting range of Commando.
----------------------------
Several AK bullets were now hitting the limo but were bouncing off the vechiles armor, doing no damage whatsoever. One reckless Nigerian drove his jeep with one hand and uselessly fired his pistol in the other. Is that all they got? We may as well go the speed limit and let them pass us! laughed Black. One Nigerian was leaning out over the side of his jeep, a Dragunov sniper rifle in his hands. He let a shot loose, and this too bounced off the armor, though the sound of its impact was very loud. After a minute or so of AK, Dragunov, and pistol fire, the Nigerians realized they were not getting anywhere and so stopped shooting for the moment. Instead they began focusing on flanking the armoured limo and therefore trapping Commando.

Kid was sitting at his desk working on the computer at the moment. He was on a black market website, browsing the listing of new firearms and equipment. His screen had suddenly changed and kid saw the limo being followed, and attacked. He also had commando yelling into the radio for him to send backup.
I can't allow commando to be killed! He's a vital part in my strategy. If he's killed it'll ruin my plan. And he is a vital ally, I must keep him alive! kid thought to himself.
Kid himself was a bit too far away to help. However kid noticed that the limo was about a half mile away from an air base of kid games. He could phone them and have them send backup.
Kid picked up the phone and showed the base a video of what was happening. The video showed one of kids limos being attacked, and it was starting to take damage. It was being attacked by several very persistant jeeps and trucks, all of which were more then happy to shoot at it.
Kid then told them to get some Huey's and Apache's loaded with troops and to protect kidgames limo. The had orders to take out ANYTHING shooting at the limo.
At the air base, the commander receiving the call acted fast. Within minutes 5 Huey Light Choppers were loaded and 5 Apache Attack helicopters were loaded up with kidgame troops, all with top of the line machine guns, magnums, a shotgun or two, and a few rocket launchers.
They took off heading in the direction of the limo. Since they were so close they spotted it in a minute or so. None of the enemy units had noticed the approaching copters. That needed to be changed. The apaches launched a volley of rockets, taking out the lead jeep and alerting the other vehicles which spotted the air assault.
Would Ezeoha ignore the helicopters and continue assaulting the limo, at the huge risk of having his troops killed within minutes? Or would he have his units attack the helicopters to save themselves, at the expense of letting commando escape? It was a tough choice.
Meanwhile, Kidgame radioed in to the limo. He notified them that an aeriel squadron should be there to erase the pursuers.

Commando looked back in surprise as a Nigerian jeep exploded in a ball of fire. The soldiers inside were engulfed in the flames and the smoke from the blast briefly blinded everyone else.
There were 10 helicopters in the sky, 5 attack choppers and 5 hueys. They were loaded with kidgame troopers and all were firing volleys at the jeeps. Bullets ripped apart the driver of another and his jeep spun out and flipped over, crushing everyone inside. The Nigerians in one last jeep fired back with AKs and Dragunovs, shooting out the pilot of a Huey. The chopper began a tailspin and crashed into the ground. It didn't explode but the crash likely killed everyone aboard and the chopper itself was damaged beyond repair. After this the helicopters stopped their attack briefly and went to higher altitudes.
Commando heard kids voice on the radio. Commando, this is kid. Get the hell outta there. I've sent backup. Over and out! Commando hollered at Black to pick it up, which Black did, going max speed. Black also hit a button and a box in the backseat opened up. Inside was a heavy machine gun. Commando took it out and then opened the sunroof on the limo. Standing out of the sunroof and brandishing the machine-gun, he began blasting away at the Nigerians. He swiftly cut down the entire crew of the closest Nigerian jeep and then shot out the tires of another. A helicopter then finished off the damaged jeep with a rocket. All the jeeps were wrecked now so Commando turned on the Army truck. Letting out a flow of bullets he tore through the canvas and ripped apart the soldiers sitting inside. One of their bodies fell out the back and several more fell out the sides, tearing the canvas as they went. The truck stopped as it caught fire from bullets in its engine but then it exploded, taking its driver with it.
Now all that was left was the APC. A Nigerian with a stinger missle launcher came out on top and pulled off a shot before he was taken out by helicopter fire. His missle locked onto a chopper and blew it to shreds. The flying debris hit the 3 closest helicopters, destroying all of them. The sky lit up as burning metal fell from the sky. What the Hell!? hissed Commando as he hopped back in the limo. Kidgames remaining helicopters broke off the attack, telling Commando it was too risky. Commando would go at it alone.

Most of kid's helicopters were destroyed in the attack. All that survived were 2 Apache's and a Huey. The mission was a success for the most part. All the Nigerian Jeeps had been taken out. All that was left was the APC but kid had his remaining copters pull back to base.
However before leaving, the last huey had fired a smoke screen canister which miraculously flew in an open window of the APC. The canister landed on the drivers lap and it began spewing out the blinding smoke. The driver took his hands off the steering wheel and tried to grab the canister to toss it out the window but dropped it.
The APC was slowly veering off course, allowing commando to escape! The driver was completely blinded from the smoke and after several minutes the smoke disappeared. The driver still tossed the canister out the window. However he noticed he was now way off course as there was no sight of the Limo with commando.
Commando had escaped. That was great news for kidgame. However Ezeoha wasn't pleased.......

I guess I'll get caught up in this BB now ---------------------
TGP was an ally of Ezeoha. In fact, he was driving the APC that was chasing after the limo with kidgame. There was lots of confusion when the helicopters attacked, but TGP remained on target, following the limo. He even shot several pistol shots at the limo with his left hand, though many shots missed.
The helicopters had left, but one left a final gift A smoke screen canister which disrupted him from doing his job. They had gotten off course.
Ezeoha wasn't pleased at all. In fact, he was begining to get raging mad that commando had escaped. He was about to take his anger out on TGP, but TGP spoke up first.
TGP: Sir, relax. I've got good news. All is not lost just yet.
Ezeoha: What are you talking about you nitwit! YOU made us lose track of Commando. Because of YOU, he got away!
TGP: But during that confusion I managed to fire a small tracking device on the limo. I have a special gun that fires tracking devices in the shape of bullets. The bullet, once fired, can be controlled slightly be moving a the guns laser pointer around. I managed to get it to stick behind the license plate.
Ezeoha: Oh? And this means what exactly?
TGP: Well the tracking device is stuck on the license plate. It cant fall off or be removed unless they find it there and remove the license plate itself. The tracking device monitors the movements of the limo, and the device sends signals to a tracking satellite in the sky. This satellite is locked onto the vehicle so even if the tracking device is removed, the satellite will be locked onto the limo.
Ezeoha: Thats nice and all, but how are we supposed to know where they are? A tracking device is useless if it doesn't relay the information back to us.
TGP: Well the GPS navigator on the dashboard here is configured to receive tracking device signals and satellite signals. All we have to do is press this button here and a bright red dot appears. It will show a picture of all vehicles being tracked, as of now the only one is the limo as the picture shows. Looking at the map now, they're a few miles ahead of us now.
Ezeoha: Hmmmm. As much as I'd like to chase after him and kill him, I wont yet. We lost a lot of men and should get more backup. How long does the tracking signal last?
TGP: Forever really. Unless the satellite is reprogrammed or destroyed theres nothing that can be done.
Ezeoha looked at the GPS map screen. The limo was heading due north and would soon reach a major Nigerian freeway. This freeway was conveniently located near a Nigerian Military checkpoint. Perhaps he could phone the checkpoint and tell them to set up roadblocks to stop the limo....
After all, he basically controlled the military. Nearly everyone was after commando anyways. Basically any orders, from any person, would be obliged as long as it involved Commando in some way.
Ezeoha picked up his cell phone and called the nearby Military checkpoint and informed them to be on the lookout for a white limo, slightly damaged. He told them that commando was inside and to do ANYTHING necessary to get commando. Wheter he was dead or alive didn't matter, though Ezeoha simply preferred Commando to be dead. Ezeoha grinned. Commando wouldn't be getting away from the military.

Commando and the limo sped off, unaware that a tracking device had been attached to the limo. They were heading towards a freeway and had gone way off course. Behind them were billowing clouds of smoke from the fight they had just escaped. Commando was bleeding a bit from shrapnel and Black had a gashing cut in his shoulder as well. The limo was in a wretched, unrepairable condition. Commando slumped down in his leather seat with a water glass in his hand, exhausted.
Sir, I suggest we stop at this village Black calmly suggested after about twenty minutes. Huh? murmered Commando. Looking up, he witnessed a small Nigerian village, devoid of any military or police. The village had around 50 small houses and huts, and a big building in the center. Their was also a tent with a red cross on it. It seemed to be a makeshift hospital of sorts. Just what the needed.
Black parked behind a large hut and got out of the limo, then proceeded to open Commandos door for him. Black and Commando walked cooly down the old dirt road through the village, their visable guns somewhat intimidating to all of the civilians. They eventually reached an elderly man who seemed to be some sort of village leader. Black politely requested a doctor, speaking in the local dialect. The village leader muttered something back and dissapeared into a building, reamerging with another man. The man had an expensive white suit on and seemed more in touch with the modern world than the rest of the villagers.
Welcome to our village friends. I am Edwin Hunt, leader of this settlement of ours. May we be of assistance? Hunt had a hint of an English accent and appeared to be half African and Half English.
Black shook his hand and responded Greetings Mr. Hunt. My friend and I need serious medical attention if you have any available.
Hunt nodded and motioned for the two to follow him. Commando was covered in blood and obviously none of the villagers knew who he was. Commando intended to keep it that way. He could not risk having his identity exposed.

The villagers weren't used to having many visitors. Especially not ones that were all bloody and beat up. Most of the visitors stayed inside their huts and watched from the safety of the windows in their huts.
The village elder and a few doctors were more then happy to help Commando and Black, though they didnt know who they were. The doctors were quite adept at their jobs and within an hour both men were healed as best as the doctors could heal them.
Little did anyone know that a group of Nigerian jeeps and several tanks were making their way to the village where Commando was. The convoy consisted of 10 jeeps (full of soldiers) and 3 light nigerian battle tanks. They were intent on getting commando back and didn't care if they had to destroy the village to do so.
At that time Commando, Black, and the village chief had made their way to a dining area and had sat down to eat lunch. They had talked about various things like the weather, and directions on how to get to their next destination.
All of a sudden an explosion was heard nearby. There was the sudden sound of villagers screaming and panicking about something. Suddenly an alarm began to ring and a small group of village security (around 30 or so) rushed out to defend the village. Surrounding the village were several guard towers with snipers in each. Unfortunatly the snipers bullets were useless against the tanks, and almost worthless against the armored jeeps.
The tanks fired a volley of shots which destroyed several guard towers, which fell to the ground and crushed a nearby hut. The jeeps made their way first and the troops inside fired their AK47s at the villagers in the way. Meanwhile, the tanks held back and provided cover and defense, also firing shells at large groups of villagers or a building.
Suddenly the convoy spotted the white limo. They promptly surrounded it. Soldiers in the jeeps poured out and rushed the jeep. There were orders to search it, which they did. However they didn't find anyone inside the jeep. They did find some nice machine guns in the trunk as well as some grenades. After looting the limo the soldiers needed to find commando.
One soldier grabbed a nearby villager and demanded "WHERE IS COMMANDO? ANSWER NOW OR DIE!!!" the soldier screamed in the face of the helpless village.
Commando, Black and the village chief knew they were in trouble. How would they get out of this alive? Would they let themselves be captured? Would they try and fight the soldiers, jeeps & tanks? Or would they try and secretly try to escape?

The Nigerian soldiers swarmed the village, shooting everything in sight, including Nigerian villagers. The whole area was a bloody mess.
Commando had kicked over a table and picked up an AK-47. Black and the village elder Mr. Hunt had one as well. Bullets clanged off the table all around them and one red cross medic fell to the ground, covered in bullet holes. Commando jumped up and fired off a few shots, killing a soldier. As he ducked back down several other soldiers began riddling their position, taking out another retreating medic and and severly damaging the table Commando was hiding behind. Black rolled to a wall and picked off several soldiers before being forced back into cover by a volley of shots. A grenade landed near Black, but he kicked it back and it blew apart the soldier who tossed it.
The villagers were fed up at their own soldiers for killing them all. It was evident that General Ezeoha did not care for the lives of his own people. The villagers that hadn't been wiped out or run off began fighting back with rocks, tools, molotov cocktails, blades, and a few firearms. They were no match for the Nigerian soldiers, who blew them apart by the dozens. However they provided a good distraction for Commando.
The village elder, Mr. Hunt, was running for a new position when a bullet hit him in the knee. He collapsed wounded and a mob of Nigerian soldiers ran over to him, brutally beating him to death with their rifle butts. As Hunt died he reached for the grenade on a soldiers vest. He pulled off the pin with his dying breath and the grenade exploded, taking out the whole group of soldiers. As blood and body parts showered the red cross outpost, Commando and Black dashed off into the main area of the village.
A lone villager on a rooftop covered Commando and Black. Using a hunting rifle, he killed 3 Nigerian troops before a tank machine gun ripped him to shreds. Another villager picked up his rifle and was about to fight back when he was struck by a jeep and went flying through a wall. A bunch of Nigerians got off the jeep but were met by Commando and Black, who shot them all. Black jumped into the keep and turned the ignition and Commando got on the machine gun on back. Driving down the village road they plowed through soldiers and shot up another jeep chasing them.
Little did they know a camoflauged operative of DB who was assisting Ezeoha had them in his crosshairs...

DB's operative was dressed in dark camoflague and had a ski mask on, despite the scorching African heat. DB didn't usually have his people become directly involved in these sorts of disputes, but he had sent a few to help out Ezeoha as a show of good faith.
The operative followed Commando with his scope, keeping his head in firing range. Commando was using the jeep machine gun and killing multiple Nigerian soldiers in his presence, and Black was taking down additional kills as well. By now most of the villagers lay dead or maimed on the ground, even women and children. The Nigerian soldiers were ruthless and would shoot or bayonet every wounded body they came across, accusing the villagers of sheltering Commando. The village itself was a burning mess, with the thatched huts burning alight. The old man who Black had spoken to in the native language lay dead on a road, a Nigeran bullet in his throat.
DB's man suddenly fired the shot. It missed as Commando was in a moving vechile and this alerted both Commando and Black, who stopped the jeep and opened fire. DB's man was hit in the legs and rolled off of the roof, hitting the ground with a thud. Commando noticed that this man looked different than the Nigerian regulars, so he ran towards him and put his boot on his face.
"Who the hell are you?" shouted Commando. As Commando yelled at the man Black fended off the Nigerian troops, shooting away at them whenever they came to close. "Go to hell you Hungarian bastard" hissed DB's wounded man. Commando angrily applied pressure to the wounded mans head by stepping down with his boot, and the man screamed in pain. As Black kept shooting away at the Nigerians, Commando dragged the wounded man into a half-destroyed hut where he would be somewhat safe.
The wounded man was tossed into a chair and then kicked in his already broken ribs by Commando. DB's operative coughed up blood and then reached into his pocket, taking out a cyanide capsule. Commando quickly shot the man in the foot, making blood spray up and causing him to instantly drop the cyanide. "Tell me whom you are and whom you work for. I know it isn't Ezeoha" repeated Commando. The broken man hesistated, then muttered "I work for DB. I trust you know him. He's supplying Ezeoha. Now please, kill me and end my suffering and shame." Commando smiled and with a big "Thanks for the help" shoved his AK bayonet into the mans heart. DB's operative struggled for a moment, wincing in pain, and then died.
Commando withdrew the bayonet from the dead mans body and then walked outside, shooting a Nigerian soldier who tried to stop him. Black was running low on ammo and was shooting conservatively at this point, taking out only those he was sure he could hit. Commando barely noticed the fighting around him, his mind solely focused on what his victim had just told him. "DB, DB, DB" pondered Commando as bullets sped by him. The name sounded so familiar. Then it dawned on him. DB had sold guns to rebel forces intent on overthrowing the European government in South Africa, and Commando had personally destroyed those rebel forces. It seemed like DB wanted to play his games again...

Meanwhile back at base, kidgame was wondering if Commando would ever make it to the medical facility. He was continually hounded by Ezeoha and his troops. He had stopped them so far, but what if they attacked with a huge force? Kidgame had to do something, he couldn't just let Commando get captured.
Kid had been watching his computer which was receiving satellite feeds, showing Commando's location. He could also see locations of any nearby enemies. Speaking of enemies, several red dots appeared on a nearby road. Getting more information on this, kid found out it was on a local highway. It was a big roadblock and was a checkpoint, any vehicle wishing to pass had to be inspected. Commando would surely be found if he went by. There were too many troops to just shoot through.
The roadblock had at least 50 armed soldiers, from foot soldiers that checked the cars, to snipers which covered the others, bazooka soldiers to attack enemy vehicles. There were also military jeeps (with reinforced armor) and roof machine guns. Several APC's with heavy gattling turrets were ready also. There was even room for 10 light battle tanks. If commando even threatened any of that, he would surely be shot at and would die. However kid had other plans.
Commando and Black had found a new enemy jeep that had been abandoned in the area. It had a full tank of gas, featured Air conditioning (a great thing in the desert heat), working satellite radio, a tv, and more. Almost instantly though, kid took control of the tv and began giving the two an update.
"I've been looking at some nearby satellite maps. Your going to have to avoid the nearby highway. There is a military checkpoint setup on it. It consists of over 50 troops, numerous jeeps and APC's and a big squad of light battle tanks. You'll never make it past if you threaten them. If you drive up and they inspect the vehicle, you'll be captured. However you must cross the road. I suggest driving alongside of it for several miles. Once you are away from the military checkpoints, quickly cross the road and continue to the medical facility. Just be careful of the road at all times, there are quite a few of those checkpoints set up, but only on the road. There are numerous armed jeeps patrolling between checkpoints so don't get spotted. The dirt roads are clear so if you can get down them you will be fine. Just don't be followed. I have a nearby base so I could send backup if needed. I can't send them now. I will only send backup if you come under attack, otherwise it is too risky. I'm also uploading you a live satellite feed of the area. It's much like radar basically, keep an eye on it to locate enemy troops and plot a way around them." kid explained. He then had to leave for urgent business...

DB's plan was in motion, both in wind and in current.
He'd always found the worst enemy was the one you didn't know you had; in this case, he was toying with both Ezeoha and Commando from the safety of the shadows.
Ezeoha has diverted many of his limited resources to recovering Commando, but thanks largely to Commando's sharp instinct and a generous dose of outside aid, he hadn't succeeded.
DB's plan was simply to commit terrorist acts in Commando's name, and hope that the resulting uproar would force Ezeoha into DB's hands once more. The Nigerian General had no qualms with small deals with DB, since he knew that there were hundreds of other amateur gunrunners with cheaper services if DB began asking for just a little too much.
However, with Commando seemingly firebombing every embassy in sight, he'd have to resort - against every moral fiber - to the best-supplied gunrunner in the world: DB. He knew he wouldn't get it from the stubborn and corrupt Nigerian government.
Da Bomb had sent a single operative to assassinate Commando and throw his body down the nearest abandoned mineshaft. It'd be a lot easier to exploit Commando's infamy if he wasn't alive to ruin it all.
Apparently, however, Commando had already disrupted DB's plans. Listening in on the communication device given to all of his soldiers, DB had heard his best made plans be destroyed by a single, insubordinate assassin.
"I work for DB...he supplies Ezeoha..." the assassin had blurted out in his last seconds of life.
He had revealed Ezeoha was being supplied by an outside source. That was bad enough. But now Commando knew DB's name. That was far, far worse.
A soldier stood beside DB, also listening in to the commotion.
"Did he have any family?" DB asked the soldier, obviously referring to the now-dead operative, "A wife? Kids?"
The soldier nodded.
"Be sure to send them my condolences over the loss of their husband and father," DB said.
The soldier nodded once more. That night, the operative's wife and children would be gagged, bound, and hurled into the river.
As DB ran through his plan once more, Smokey approached. "Sir..." was all he said, as his anxious expression said far more than words.
Da Bomb had been summoned.
In a private, secluded, soundproofed room of his private jet, DB turned on various monitors and entered in an eight-digit code. There were four monitors, but only three flickered into life, displaying the faces of three other men.
On the left, Agent Dennis Crooks, stood a CIA agent and insider for DB. As a top ranking official, he was able to supply DB with classified information, spread disinformation to his own government or - if need be - undermine US forces in other countries. He was the third.
In the centre monitor was the imposing face of Vladamir Baranov, an ex-KBG chief who now owned significant stock in Balkan Oil companies. Using his sizeable empire and ties to various corporate heads, Vladamir was essential in corrupting officials and delving into the economies of other countries.
DB and Vladamir often worked closely. DB would manipulate the newest radical teorrist of the day into destroying a competitor's oil line, at which point Vladamir's stocks - and power - would soar in value. In return, Vladamir would pay off the right people to ensure DB could perform his transactions in the East without any government investigations. He was the fouth.
Finally, there was Mazhar Mounir, a rich diplomat with billions invested in various economies. He'd earned much of his fortune from the Americans, who had paid him vast sums to talk foreign Middle-eastern leaders into making pro-American choices or putting down signs of antiamericanism. He was the fifth.
DB, of course, was the second. They formed Operation Five; Five Members, one goal: power.
The final moniter flicked on. The first appeared on screen.

Sitting on a yacht off of Miami Beach was Shane McCusker, a youthful but tremendously wealthy immigrant to America. He had spent his first 30 years in South Africa as an army Captain, and then fled to America (pretending to be a wealthy political dissident) when the government collapsed. Though his rank back then was nothing special, Commando had taken him under his wing and given him "special" assignments related to ethnic cleansing. The rewards? Lots of money and time for vacations to various exotic lands.
Being a modern libertine, Shane dabbled in the sorts of activities that made most people wince. While overseas Shane established various connections to several big time narcotics dealers, and soon enough became entangled in the world of drug dealing. Using his South African military position, shane was the direct reason most of the illegal narcotics flowed into the country. Commando knew of his behavior, but made no effort to stop him other than a few angry glances whenever a drug-related article appeared on the news. Shane knew Commando was annoyed at his corruption, but at the same time never cared quite enough to deal with it.
Nowadays Shane was knee-deep into the Miami criminal underworld. Drugs, hits, prostitution, gambling, protection, Shane did it all. Businessman by day, and a crime kingpin by night. Shane loved his life.
However, he did feel a remote bit of sympathy for several of his former South African comrades, in particular Commando. So when Commando first began surfacing on news reports, Shane took immediate interest.

At this point Commando and Black were on foot, covered in blood and sweat, sprinting for their life. They had spent the whole day fighting, and finally killed or evaded all the Nigerian soldiers in the area. Nighttime was fast appraoching, so the two made camp by a riverbed. Thanks to kid and his direction, the two were safe. Commando knew that it would be months before he could get out of Africa and make it to Havana, Cuba. Until then, he had to hang in there.
Meanwhile, the revelation that DB was working against him bothered Commando greatly. Ezeoha and the Nigerians were bad enough. The AU and UN were even worse. And now some shady unsupervised arms dealer? The plethora of armed men wanting him dead was too much. Commando inhaled deeply on a cigar provided by Black, and closed his eyes and thought.
Years ago South African intelligence agencies had identified DB as one foreign threat amongst many. Commando never recalled leading any direct operations against DB, but he did annihilate some rebels who were using arms provided by DB. After the carnage of that regional rebellion was over, Commando remembered requesting to the Prime Minister that he authorize special forces to eliminate DB. His request was denied, so Commando put DB out of his mind. now more of his past was back to haunt him.
Commando needed more allies...
