Trouble was brewing. Kid had to go to some planet named "Doom". It sounded weird and kid wondered what would happen when he got there. He was grabbing his weapons and getting ready when his name was called on the intercom.
Calling Kid. Please report to the teleportation laboratory. The scientists are ready for you. Repeat kid to the teleportation lab immediately."
Kid had finished equipping himself. He ran down the hallway, took a left, then a right, another right, a left, ran down the hallway and came to a door with a keypad, retinal scanner, and a card key slot. He swiped his access card, entered the password and scanned his eyes. Immediately the door opened.
Kid ran in and there were a bunch of scientists on the computer doing research. The head scientist came over and told kid that the time was now. He told kid to step into the teleportation chamber.
Kid walked into the chamber and waited. The scientist pressed a few buttons and seconds later the machine activated and sent kid to the mysterious planet.
Kid has spawned inside of a small building. There were explosive barrels everywheres in the room. In the middle was a bubbling green pool of acid. There weren't any enemies nearby although there were blood stains all over the floors and walls.
Kid wondered to himself . Where the heck am I? What do I have to do? What have I gotten myself into? kid wondered as he took out his shotgun and looked around for any signs of life.

Da Bomb had been a bounty hunter all of his adult life, and so this assignment was no surprise to him. He had been asked by a alien named "frek" to investigate the signs of life on a planet "doom", and bring back samples of the wildlife. Of course, Da Bomb was not a practiced scientist, but the paycheck promised was too high to turn down. He dashed down the corridor to the shuttlebay, where he would make his way to the planet.

Kid continued looking around the room he was in. He didn't move around much. Suddenly he heard a sound behind him. He turned around and saw DaBomb. Kid and DaBomb had been good friends for a very long time. It seemed that DaBomb was on the same assignment as kid.
Kid had more weapons then DaBomb but that didn't matter much. Both people were proficient at using all forms of weaponry. The two started to walk around the strange room. They heard some noise coming from a room to the left.
They peered in and saw a staircase and 2 pillars. Behind the pillars were some health vials. Kid took the five on the left- dabomb the five on the right. They added more health to the two but not much. The two men walked up the stairs. Standing there was a person. It looked human.
As the two approached the other person whirled around and fired a handgun at the approaching people. Without even thinking kid fired a shotgun at the other persons head. The person died instantly. It seemed that the other person was crazy. Or maybe he was a mutated human. It was way too early in the mission to figure out what was going on though. Kid bent down and picked up the handgun. On a pedestal was a suit of armor which kid gave to DaBomb. Kid already had some armor and didn't yet need more.

While kid began to check the nearby area, Da Bomb bent down beside the mutated person to investigate the remains. After all, his mission was to bring back samples of the life on this strange planet.
From out his backpack he pulled a small petri dish and a scalpel. Though kid had blown the head of this unfortunate person, there were still remains of his brain, which were cut off and placed in a petri dish. Da Bomb also took samples of the skin and nerve tissues and placed them in seperate containers before joining kid.

After da bomb had taken the samples he needed he placed them in his backpack and took his shotgun back out. He rejoined kid and the two continued looking around for signs of life.
As the two entered another room they saw three of the former human soldiers or whatever they were. The soldiers in the room took immediate notice of the intruders and began firing their handguns.
Kid and Da Bomb took cover behind some of the pillars in the room. The bullets from the soldiers stopped coming indicating that the soldiers were reloading. Kid and DaBomb jumped out of cover and fired their shotguns at each enemy. They were unarmored enemies so the shotguns had gunned them down with ease. Kid and DaBomb took the handgun ammo they dropped and continued onwards.

DB placed the handgun clips in his backpack readied his shotgun for whatever would come. He and kid strolled about the area for a while, until they met a small, brown creature feeding from a carcass before them. Thorns covered it's entire body, and with bright eyes it whirled around to see it's next meal.
DB and kid stood, aiming their shotguns at the head of the creature.
"What is that?" DB asked in disgust.
"You're supposed to be the scientist here!" kid replied.
"I ain't no scientist," DB said, "But this thing will make a nice sample!"
DB spat at the brown creature, and it jumped up toward him. A sudden blast of shotguns propelled it back to the ground, allowing DB to take a sample of the creature.
DB sighed. "Maybe we should try and leave some of the creatures dead but not totally obliterated, next time," he said, looking at the bloody mass of guts and muscle.
Kid laughed. "Sorry. I guess you can't perform scientific studies after you wipe the mess off your boot."
DB smiled, and took out another petri dish.

A minute or two later DaBomb had finished getting the samples he needed from the monster. DaBomb put the sample back in his backpack and took out his shotgun again. They walked down a corridor and as they rounded a corner they found two small medkits which they both stored for later.
As they rounded the next corner they quickly ducked for cover as bullets flew towards them. As they looked to see what the source was they saw about five former marines. Three of which had pistols but two which had jackhammer shotguns. Although they had low health the former marines could do lots of damage before dying since they had somewhat good weaponry.
Kid and DaBomb suddenly sprang from around the corner and opened fire......

The first marine death occurred within only a second, when 2 shotgun shells simultaneouly impacted upon the skull of the first enemy, blowing it to pieces. Another one fell, his chest cavity and sternom shredded by shotgun pellets.
DB was knocked back against the wall, a shotgun blast hitting him in the chest, while kid fought bravely and took several bullets.
DB slapped on the medkit, healed himself slightly, and went back into the action, with 3 marines left.

There were three enemy marines left. Two had pistols one had a shotgun. DaBomb had taken damage and healed and was quickly back in the fight. Kid had taken minor damage but he had more health and armor and didnt mind taking some more damage.
Kid used a shotgun of his own and fired at the marine with the shotgun. He died instantly. The other 2 who had pistols were god awfully inaccurate and kid and DaBomb quickly downed the last 2 marines in the room. The team of 2 walked over to the dead bodies of marines that were a bloody mess. Kid and DaBomb both knelt down and took some extra pistol ammo and they both split the shotgun shells. There were 10 so kid and DB each took five shells.
Before they left though kid spotted two small +10 medkits in the corner. He gave one to DaBomb and as for kid he used one on himself to heal some of the damage he had taken. The two continued on to the next room.

The metal floor seemed corroded and in a state of disrepair as they made their way through the main facility. They were approached by only 2 marines, but a well placed shot into the cooling pipe sent a lethal blast of gas into the faces of the enemies, which eventually ended their pitiful lives.
They continued to walk across the unstable floor, until another marine caught a glimpse of them. He hurled a grenade at their feet, and shuffled back into cover.
DB and kid jumped from the blast, but the floor came from under them, and they fell through. Inside, they found more marines, all in close proximity, and though they bore no weapons, their strength was surprising and their numbers ghastly. And npw DB and kid were totally surrounded!

Kid told DaBomb to duck down. Suddenly kid performed a roundhouse kick and knocked all of the marines down. Not wasting any time both kid and DB opened fire on the enemy marines as they were standing up. Luckily they just barely managed to kill them all in time.
As they searched the bodies for useful stuff they found an extra box of shotgun shells. More ammo was always a welcome sight. One marine had a Red level 1 keycard as well as a health pack. Another marine had 2 health packs and a small armor vest. The two evenly split the items as equal as they could. They reloaded their weapons and continued onwards searching for more clues.

They walked down another corridor and made a left turn into a big room. The room seemed empty for the time save for several explosive gasoline barrels sitting in the room. If they were hit with several bullets they would certainly blow up. Luckily there were no enemies in the room. Or so it seemed. Kid and DaBomb walked in the room anyways and saw a pair of shotguns laying on a pedestal in the middle of the room.
Needing weapons, they both took a shotgun and the ammo for them. Suddenly an alarm went off and red lights flashed all around. From the four entrance ways into the room came at least 30 marines armed with various weaponry, mainly pistols and shotguns and machine guns. They were intent on killing off the intruders.

While DB fired several rounds into the marines, Kid prepared to shoot the barells. One marine hid behind a crate and fired several pistol bullets at DB, but was taken down by a quick shotgun blast. Suddenly more guards came from the opposite direction, toward Kid. Once they saw kid, they fired into the gasoline barrel, causing it to explode. Kid was swept into a wall, with several pieces of shrapnel in his knee, but fortunately he was far enough from the barrels to survive. DB unloaded more shells into the 30 marines, though he was taking heavy damage from enemy fire. Kid awoke, grabbed a grenade, and hurled it toward a group of enemies. They tried to run, but were blown apart within a second or so. Using the sudden explosion as a diversion, Kid and DB bolted from the scene, while the marines followed them furiously.

There were just too many enemy marines after them. If they stopped to fight they would almost certainly be killed by the hundreds of bullets and shells fired their way. Still as they kept running forwards down the halls and corridors making right and left turns they occasionally stopped and fired an occasional pistol bullet to halt the enemies.
They kept running and soon they couldn't hear the sounds of the marines coming anymore. The two stopped for a breather and listened. The marines had large black boots on and could be heard as they ran but they didn't hear the boots. Neither kid nor DaBomb heard the sounds of boots coming. Suddenly though from a distance away, perhaps where they had just come from they heard the screams of the marines. There was the sound of gunfire and lots of it both the pistolmen and the shotgunner marines were apparently shooting at something and whatever it was they were shooting at was letting out loud, horrifying screams that sounded chilling and startling. Whatever it was though it sounded that it was getting the better of the marines as the sound of gunfire slowed down until it eventally died out and no more gunshots were heard.
They knew they had to get away. Whatever killed those marines would probably come after kid and DB if it picked up their scent. They had to find somewheres to hide but where? There were several doors in the corridor they were at. They were curious as to what happened but they knew that curiosity killed the cat and since kid and DB wanted to live they decided to open a door and hide since they didn't know what was out there.

They locked themselves inside the room, and sat very quietly in the darkness. Nearby they heard footsteps, but not steps of humans in shoes. More like a reptillian creature or something. And then they heard more. Abd more.
They heard something outsdie, and suddenly it began to slam its body into the door, having picked up the scent of humans. Kid and DB frantically grabbed for their weapons before the door was torn off it's hinges, and in the doorway stood a Baron of Hell, along with several mutated marines, Imps and a variety of other enemies. DB and Kid began to fire...

But the bullets seemed to be of no use as the monsters absorbed bullet after bullet and took minimal damage. Things seemed a little hopeless for the two and although they were fearful of what might happen they continued firing at them hoping for a miracle. And a miracle would indeed happen.
Battlemeister was a human and he had been on the Doom planet for months as an experiment and a newspaper reporter. He had heavy weapons which he found in a locked secret area. He had a rocket launcher as well as a super shotgun (which was just a double barrelled shotgun). He was walking down one corridor when he heard gunfire and what sounded like inhuman screams. He knew that these things on doom didnt fight each other- at least he hadnt seen it. He thought that there must be other people here and they were fighting against some creatures.
He ran down the hallway and looked right and saw a group of imps, former marines with shotguns, and a baron of hell all pouring into a room attacking something. Without a thought BM grabbed his rocket launcher and fired a rocket into the group of marines. They exploded brilliantly and it grabbed the attention of several imps which came at him. Unfortunatly for the imps they had received a direct hit rocket and all died due to the power of the rocket.
There was still the baron of hell to deal with. It still seemed enthused with attacking whatever was in that room. It had taken minor splash damage from the rockets impacting around it but the baron ignored the attacks. Battlemeister loaded another rocket into the launcher and walked forward a bit to get a better view of the baron. The baron had taken a few seconds to reload its weapon and thats when bm decided to strike. He quickly aimed a rocket at the beast and fired. The rocket shot out of the launcher and hit the hell baron right in the back. Of course it did a lot of damage but luckily the baron died instantly.
Battlemeister reloaded his rocket launcher just to be safe. He walked into the room and spotted two other humans.

BM found Kid and DB, who were trembling in the corner with their weapon smoking. All around them were Imps and marines, dead and bloody.
Kid - Thanks...you saved us.
DB - We owe you one.
BM - No problem. But what are you doing down here?
DB - I'm supposed to be collecting samples of these creatures.
BM - Ah, I'm doing research to. Shall we compare information?
DB - I'd need a lab...
BM - ...there is one only a few score metres from here. Perhaps we can find out what has happened here if we join up.
Kid - I'd prefer to find weapons instead of going to the lab. You can analyze that stuff later.
DB - Analying my samples and BM's info, we can look for weaknesses in these monsters.
BM - Plus you both are hurt. There is a first aid kit in the lab, too.
Kid - Very well. But we'll need to find more ammunition soon.

This unknown person named battlemeister had saved the two from a near death situation. Battlemeister wasn't a scientist of any kind but he was here on his own time and own free will to do research for himself. His motives as to why were unknown and would be revealed later. DB and BM were excited and talked while the team of 3 walked down the hall to the lab.
Suddenly a group of four former marines appeared armed with shotguns and startled the team but they were quickly taken down by the teams own shotgun blasts. They picked up whatever extra ammo they could get from the fallen enemies and continued to the lab. They reached the end of the hallway and then went left and the first door on the right was the lab. Kid went to open it but unfortunatly the door was locked. Locking around kid spotted a panel next to the door and it was labeled "Level 2 access needed. Swipe keycard through card reader and type in your password on the keyboard." Unfortunatly kid nor DaBomb had a keycard that was level 2 and they didn't know the password. They asked battlemeister who was their new friend but sadly he didn't have the materials to get inside either.
Kid- "Can't you just blow up the door with that rocket launcher of yours? We can bypass these locks by blowing them up. Let's get this research done with and continue the killings."
Battlemeister- "I would but I only have one rocket left. It was hard enough for me to obtain the rocket launcher which was luck. Finding extra ammo and rockets is near impossible in this place. I've checked the surrounding area thoroughly and found no ammo for anything other then a small box of shotgun shells."
DaBomb- "Damn ammo must be hard to get here. Wait, how would you know there is first aid kits in there? This door is locked so how would you know whats in there. It does sound sort of suspicious to me."
Battmeister- "Well I was in this lab before. I was trying to analyze some stuff I had found which is now in this lab. I had heard gunfire nearby which was you two and those imps. I had picked up my weapons and followed the sound of gunfire which led me to you guys. I killed the enemies and rescued you guys. When I left the room I left the door unlocked and the door can only be locked manually and can't be automatically locked. I never locked it when I left. So someone must have knew I was here and once I left they went and locked the door. Now we can't get in. I don't know the password and I have no keycard and have no idea where to get one."
Kid- "Wait then how did you get in the lab in the first place? I'm sure it was already locked."
Battlemeister- "True it was locked originally when I found the place. I had snuck up on some scientist that was alive and when he opened the door I followed him in. He is probably still alive. I did follow him in but I hid once inside and then when he left I did my research. After I left and rescued you two he probably came back and locked the door."
DaBomb- "So basically we have to hunt down this scientist and get his keycard and password if we want access to the lab for research? Well where is this scientist at now?"
Battlemeister- "I have no idea. He could have run into some of those marines or imps or maybe a baron and he could be dead. Maybe he got turned into one of them or something. Maybe he is still alive or something I really don't know. But he couldn't have gotten far since it was only like give minutes ago. So if we want to find him we'd better get going and search this place. It is dangerous so we had better stay teamed up for now."

DuelMaster was also on this weird base in the planet of the doomed. He had a pistol with loads of ammo and a shotgun that was nearly out of ammo. He had lots of health and a little armor. Most enemies he encountered were regular former humans and former marines which he gunned down with ease. As he continued down a corridor off in the distance he saw what looked like three more former humans since they were carrying shotguns and one even had a rocket launcher which was odd but DM didn't take any chances. He raised his pistol and fired a barrage of bullets at the people in the distance.

Thew new team of 3, kid, DB, and BM, swiftly turned around and returned fire but the other person dodged. They saw yet another human by the name of DuelMaster. Who he was or what he was doing here was unknown at the time but the team decided to try and talk to the man hoping to gain an ally.
