GameMaster finds himself in a thick forest. Gnarled trees rise from the wretched, discoloured grass, surrounded by a thin mist and covered in weeds, moss and parasitic growths GM had never seen before. He wished to remove himself from the area as quickly as he could, but the endless darkness prevented any way for GM to get his bearings. The only source of light was a flickering in the distance, perhaps 100 yards away, though GM couldn't be sure.
He hurried to the camp, tripping several times in the dark, and finally arrived, to see only a grotesque sight. The fire belonged to several campers, who lay mauled and dead on the floor, ripped to pieces by something with claws. GM searched the bodies, and found a clip of handgun ammunition and a hunting rifle. It seemed the campers were hunting deer. He approached the fire, and created a small torch by lighting a nearby stick on fire. The light must have attracted something, because GM heard rustling nearby.
On one side of him were the tents of the campers, untouched. He could hide in there. Alternatively, the could elect to fight whatever was out there, or perhaps he could see what he was dealing with before he acted. After all, there could be other campers nearby.
Option 1: Hide inside the tent.
Option 2: Begin firing at whatever is out there.
Option 3: With caution, approach the sound and call out to whoever is out there.

Kid had several good options available to him. He didn't want to take up too much time thinking but he decided to give the zombies a nice explosive present. He took out several hand grenades and chucked them at the zombies since they were close enough together to be killed off by the blasts.

After much thinking and debate, Sam decides to get serious about his mission. He decides to start the search at the local shopping mall, one of his favorite places in the area.

You decide to hurl a grenade at the zombies, since they are relatively close to each other. You throw, and within seconds the zombies are blown in all directions. Many are killed by the explosion, but some have only their limbs detatched.
Suddenly you hear a voice, that of a male. You whirl around, and find SeriousSa behind, clutching a Beretta. He doesn't look to dangerous, but he may be infected by the T virus. He also seems to have little ammunition, so you'll probably have to give him some.
Then again, you can't walk with your injured knee.
Option 1: Ask him for medical aid
Option 2: Offer to give him some weapons
Option 3: Shoot him quickly. Remember, he may be infected.
Sam's storyline will be affected by your actions.

Out from the trees run several hairy and aggressive wolves, barking and growling.
Option 1: Climb a tree. They can't get you up there.
Option 2: Run like hell.
Option 3: Shoot them all quickly, though there may be more of them.

Kid notices Sam standing there. Perhaps kid could make use of him and obtain a helpful ally. Kid could offer up some ammo in exchange for medical assistance.
Kid- "You're Serious Sam aren't you? I see you don't have a lot of ammo. We could team up and be partners. We'd last a lot longer against whatever is in this mall. I'll give you some ammo if you can heal my leg here."
Sam- "Yes I am Sam. I didn't have many weapons so all I have is my handgun. I do have some medical supplies in my backpack here so I could bandage you up. I am a pretty good medic and I could use some ammo. I suppose for the time being I could team up with you."
Sam reached into his backpack and got out some supplies. He proceeded to bandage up kid's wound and within minutes it was fixed and kid could continue on. At that kid handed over a few clips of ammunition as promised.

You can ask me to add items, but this will take up extra space. Kid, with his backpack, can hold 12 items, while Sam can only use his pockets to store a maximum of 7 items. GM can hold 15 items with his heavy backpack. Along the way, you may find chests to leave items in, or paraphernalia to give you more item space. Note that you can discard, trade or swap items at any time. From now on, I'll keep a track of ammunition every 10 or so posts (maybe), just to give this topic another element. Orange means 50% health, Red means 25% or less and black means we have to consult your next of kin OK, on with the story: Kid and Sam had teamed up, and after Kid's knee was popped back into place and healed, they were able to investigate. Spotting 1 zombie near an escalator, they shoot it down, using 2 Beretta bullets, and walk over to the supply shop in the mall, where they take 1 more box of shotgun ammunition hidden behind the counter. Then then move up the broken escalator, and find a variety of stores. Sam eagerly runs to a food store, but Kid informs him the food may be infected. Option 1: Tinned foods will be protected from the virus. They could be eaten. Option 2: Food isn't really a priority, especially sicne there is much to explore.

Hey I remember this old topic from the old battle site. Let's breath some life into it!
Sam ran right into the food store despite kid's warning. He looked at everything first and didn't touch. They didn't have any food and the store was clear of enemies so they could take time to think. Sam was certain that Tinned foods would be safe to eat.
OPTION 1 CHOSEN
After a short debate kid and Sam take a few Tinned foods which are safe from the virus. They walk out of the store and continue onwards
