A black helicopter came out of nowhere was attempting to land on the roof to pick up kid and Da Bomb. The two crooks, shooting bullets everywhere as the ladder from the chopper dropped to the ground, began to climb up. Kid and DB had a very hard time due to all their bullets wounds so a couple of thugs with shotguns jumped down to cover them. The SWAT team on the roof blasted one off of the building and he fell down 12 stories to a painful death. The other crook was firing blindly with his shotgun, but only hitting concrete. The crook ran out of shells, and desperatly fumbled for more. Just then commando kicked open the roof door and blasted him through the chest. As commando ran to get kid, the helicopter took off, taking kid and DB with it. Kid winked at the fuming commando, who threw his M-16 on the ground. Kid had gotten away.

A few hours later.............
Ambulences surrounded the police building. Dead criminals and officers lay everywhere, and a whole lot of repairing was needed. But at least kid and DB hadn't completely trashed the building. Everything important was still here. Commando was sitting on a bench wrapping a bandage around his arm when a nice sports car pulled up in front of him. Inside was Gino.
Commando- Get out of here before you're seen!
Gino- Thanks for the welcome.
Commando- Well ithe police force isn't very happy right now and they would be happy to shoot someone. And you technically are a crook.
Gino- So are you.
Commando- Please. I do everything for the greater cause.
Gino- Well, we completely massacred everyone in kids club. And then we burnt it. Kid will be awful suprised when he goes back. Not bad eh?

Kid's fist trembled in utter rage as he attempted to keep a lid on the anger brewing up inside. He, Marcus and da Bomb stood outside the bar - or at least its remains. All that was left was a smoking pile of wood, a few smashed bottles, and bullet riddled corpses; whoever had done this was efficient and swift.
Kid limped about, inspecting the remnants and sotring through the scrap pieces of wood, too look for any clues regarding the culprit for this crime. If kid found out, there would be hell to pay.

Gino drove off as commados police buddies strolled over to talk.
Friend- So who was that?
Commando- Who?
Friend- That Italian guy in the nice car.
Commando- Just an old friend.
Other friend- And this kidgame guy who attacked us, he seemed to know you.
Commando- Yup, I shot him in the shoulder a long time ago and nearly put him out of buiseness. Some how he survived. I shot him again today, and he still made it. I don't think he can die.
Friend- Everyone can die.
Commando- You got that right.
Other friend- And that other crook?
Commando- Thats Da Bomb. I killed his old boss and almost got him as well. Gee, both these guys are after me. I'm afraid to go home tonight.
Friend- Well, we might as well start searchin for them. Lets say 5 of us or so go right now to find their hideout.
Commando- Lets get going then.

Da Bomb slouched in a chair, his arm in a sling, and an expression of pain on his face. His wounds had been patched up and the bleeding had finally stopped, after several minutes of light-headedness and disorientation as his blood oozed from his veins. He, Kidgame and Marcus had proceeded not to kid's mansion, but to a small apartment block kid had purchased several months back. There, they recuperated and planned.
Kid - I have to find who burned my bar. It is a small expense compared to my monthly earnings, but have a prestigious reputation that was harmed yesterday. The culprits must be found!
Da Bomb - Don't worry, you have informants in almos every industry here. I mean, you even have a police officer who will tell you anything.
Kid - Yes, but he knows more than he should about me. Everyone knows about my mansion, but fortunately no one knows my other hideouts, and my workers. This guy knows of my police record, and my dealings.
Da Bomb - Is he trustworthy?
Kid - Oh yes, and smart too. He won't blow his cover unless he is ordered; but I dislike his job, even if I learn a lot about the police.
Da Bomb - You said the location of your mansion is well known...
Kid - Yeah, but I have it guarded. Y'know, dogs, thugs, alarms...
Da Bomb - You seem rather secure, yet you dwell over the bar incident. Maybe you should drop it, and simply continue as if it never happened.
Kid - It is never wise to ignore to truth. Whether it was an arsonist or a crime lord is unimportant; I just need to know who, and where. You will find that out.
Da Bomb - You want me to track down the culprits?
Kid - Yes. You can have all the human resources I have, and all intelligence you need.
Da Bomb - I see. How much will I recieve financially?
Kid - You keep your life....

Gino and his two buddies Vince and Tony sat in the house acroos the road from kids burned bar. They all had AK-47s locked and loaded for a special purpose. When kid or someone came back to the burning bar to search for evidence, they would gun them down. They kept a radio with them to talk to commando, and had the house secured pretty well. Every now and then some ther Italian mobsters would drop by to chat or stakeout for a while. The wait was long and boring, but if they killed kid or even DB they would be the most feared gang in the city. That was a lot of power indeed.
Commando sat in his squad car with 3 buddies, while another with 3 more followed behind. Time to do some searching. According to an informant, kid had associates in the Portland boatmaking buiseness. The two squad cars took a turn at a light and headed for the wharf. Time to check it out.

Seagulls flew everywhere and waves crashed upon the pier as commando and his police friends pulled into the wharf. Commando got out, and told his pals he was going to go in and pretend to be working for kid or sneak in somehow before making the bust, as soon as he could find a sailors uniform or something. He told the 6 other cops to get their shotguns and pistols ready and to just stay outside and alert. Commando then put on his sunglasses and walked out onto the busy harbor. He showed the security guard his police badge, who opened the gate for him and told him to have a nice day. Commando looked about at the massive area before him. Sailors and dockworkers were walking around everywhere. Commando put on a fake smile and asked a nearby fishermen who was looking inside his tackle box where the harbor master was. The fishermen muttered something about cops and pointed to a big red building that was pratically in the water. Commando thanked the grouchy seaman and walked toward it.
A truck drove in front of commando, and he stopped walking for a minute, waiting for the truck to pass. One sailor sked him to give him a hand with some crates, which commando did. By the time he was done, it was 1:00 PM. Commando, looking at his watch, jogged to the harbor masters building at a quick pace, not wishing to be interrupted again. When he ran up the staps and opened the door, he saw the harbor master and two old sailors talking and smoking.
Commando- Hey that's weed. Throw it in the trash now before I have you arrested.
Sailor- And just who are you?
Commando- I'm a police detective. I'm here to find out about kid. And don't give me that confused look. Half of you work for him or associate at least.
Harbor Master- Look, the Coast guard building over there is where you want to be, not here, unless you want trouble.
Commando- I'll pass thanks.
As commando walked out the door, one of the sailors through a fist in the back of his neck. Commando fell down in pain, as the other sailor took his cigarette and shoved it into commandos mouth. The harbor master just sat at his desk and laughed. Commando coughed and gagged but suddenly kicked the nearest sailor in the knee. The sailor came collapsing down, when commando picked up a chair and smashed it over his head. The sailor went out without a sound. Commando then ducked as the other sailor took out a large fishing knife and chucked it. It narrowly missed and landed in the wall. Commando then took out his pistol and shot the thug in the shin, sending him on the ground as well.
Harbor Master (standing up from seat)- You can't get me to talk. I know my rights.
Commando- Oh really?
With that commando took his gun, aimed it at the wounded sailors head, and fired. A splatter of blood hit a poster on the wall, and the harbor master shrieked in terror as commando aimed the gun at him.
Harbor Master- Ok, I'll tell you everything I know about kid! Just don't kill me!
Commando- You made a wise choice my friend.

Commando urged the master to continue, wishing to know all about kid's activities. He stood by the door, with his pistol still at the ready, and began to listen.
Seamaster - Look, there are quite a few men working for kid at this harbour. He runs a large smuggling business around the parts, and is forced to pay almost everyone here to keep their mouths shut. Unfortunately, he doesn't usually pay much.
Commando - Why is that? Too cheap?
Seamaster - He know that is anyone ever talked, they'd be dead within 24 hours. And I've heard some terrifying stories about kid's torturing meathods.
Commando - That sick bastard.
Seamaster - If he finds out I talked he'll have my head - and yours.
Commando - I've survived his petty attacks so far.
The seamaster did not continue. Instead, he stared, but not at Commando. The latter immediately whirled around as he lifted his gun, and preapred to fire. In front were 4 men; 1 carrying a harpoon gun, the next with a net and the final 2 with knives. As they came into view, Commando quickly placed a bullet into the skull of the harpoon-owner, and another into the shoulder of the net-wielder. Unfortunately, the final 2 were abel to grab Commando's firing arm, wrench his pistol away, and haul him to the ground. As the three battled, dodging and punching, the seamaster picked up the net, and instead of aiding the two seamen, he wrapped the net around the neck of the first, and began to throttle.
The second looked up, surprised and gurious, and was immediately punished for his hesitation with a powerful punch to the cheek. Commando groped up, blood streaming from his lips and nostrils, and a purple bruise ddeveloping below his eye.
Seamaster - If I go with you, and tell you everything, will your protect me from kid?
Commando - (Smiles and nods)

Commando and the Sea-master exited the building carefully, as the police car with commandos buddies pulled up. "Here, protect the harbor master for me, I'll be back soon." commando said. According to the harbo master, 1/3 of all kids income came from this seaport. If it could be shut down, then kid would not get his cash. Perfect plan. Commando waved bye to the car, which went over and parked in a corner next to a rusting fishing boat. Commando then went to the store and bought himself a big leather captains jacket and a captains hat. Now he would blend in. Commando payed the casheer and left the harbor store to look around. He then saw his target. Joe's boat building. Commando walked in, without looking back.
When commando walked in, he noticed that this was no boat making store. It looked like it, but commando could smell something else. He approached a worker who was apparenlty building a motor. He asked were the boss was. "Who kid?" replied the ill-educated worker. "Yeah, him" replied commando. "He's not here now, but I can tell him you came by. Whats your name?" "Commando" said commando before drawing his pistol.
Bam. Commando shot the worker square in the chest. He then jumped behind a rowboat on a rack as two other employees drew magnums and fired away. Wood pieces flew everywhere as commando returned some inaccurate fire. Commando, thinking quickly, shot an oil tank behind the angry crooks. As oil flew out and covered their eyes, commando jumped out and shot both. Blood and oil spilled over the floor as commando put another bullet in the skull of a man behind the desk who was reloading a sawed-off shotgun. Just then some more angry workers kicked the door open and blaste the room to pieces with AK-47s. A bullet grazed commandos arm, causing a few drops of blood to fly out. Commando crouched behind the counter of the dead casheer and reloaded. His pals should be busting in any minute.

Commando was waiting for his officers to come in and back him up. He heard numerous footsteps coming his way and thus he assumed his comrades were coming. Well a group of people were coming but they weren't on commandos side. Around 250 of Kid's soldiers appeared out of nowheres and shot up all of commandos cops that were outside. They proceeded to the building where commando was in. The soldiers tossed in a flashbang followed closely by a smoke grenade. Afterthat was about 70 soldiers that ran into the room. They had Thermal IR Goggles on to see through the smoke. Commando was going down and he was now alone.
Meanwhile kid had something else planned. He was ticked off knowing that one of his popular clubs was destroyed but it didn't matter much. He owned a bunch of other clubs in the area so they made up for the loss.
Kid knew that commando was only in Portland. He had never visited staunton or shoreside vale islands. Kid had a plan though. Since commando and his pathetic police force in portland were no good kid decided to go over to the next island, Staunton island, and cause some trouble. Kid did some research and found out that some of commandos friends controlled the Staunton Island International Airport which was in the middle of the island and right near the bridge. Kid also found out about a few large outgoing drug plans which were going to bring commando lots of money. Kid didn't approve about it and had to do something. He was going to stop commandos Drug airplanes from running and also deprive him of money.
Kid as well as da bomb and 2 other soldiers got into Kid's ferrari and took off towards Staunton island for some business.

Commando blasted one of kids gangsters through the head and then ducked behind the counter due to a burst of gunfire. The computer at the counter was destroyed and and an explosion went throughout the room. Suddenly the seamaster jumped out with an uzi and blasted a bunch of kids pathetic but heavily armed thugs in the back. "I won't let you take me alive!" the seamaster yelled as blood from kids gangsters flew everywhere. Thug after thug fell as the seamaster gunned the confused opposition down until a bullet struck him in the chest. As the harbor master fell over, he tossed a flashbang grenade at the group of enemies, blinding them all. As they did this, commando rushed out the back door and locked it. He then ran around the front, where two of kids other soldier-criminals were loitering. Commando shot both of them with his 12mm and took one's AK-47. He then locked the other door to the building and devised a plan.
A bunch of armed sailors from the Coast guard building were running over carrying M-16s to help commando, who was a law enforcement officer and therefore their ally. Commando and the coast guard sailors took a bunch of oil tanks and emptied them all around the warehouse. Then commando took out a match and lit the warehouse on fire. All of kids men inside died horrible deaths as the flames burned them up. The gun-weilding sailors and commando walked away from the flaming wreck, victorious.

Da Bomb strolled casually toward kid's burned bar, to inspect the remnants of what was once a decent profit-maker. Though it seemed as if he had no weapons nor protection, a machine pistol was located near his ankle, and a light bullet proof vest covered his torso. As he began to pick through the ashes, he hoped that if anyone shot him, it wouldn't be aimed at his head.
But, to be safe, several of kid's snipers had positioned themselves in a small apartment block beside the bar, where they could see every angle. As they positioned their rifles and scanned the area with binoculars, Da Bomb began his search.
The fire had left very little, but there were several load-bearing walls left standing, and several metal cabinets left standing. Apparently whoever had done this did not have enough supplies to wreck the entire thing; still, they had wrecked the bar, and that's all that mattered.
Da Bomb fortunately found a small bullet hole in one of the cabinets several minutes into the search. Inside was a high-calibre bullet, which Da Bomb took for inspection later. Suddenly, there was a loud crack, and another bullet screamed past Da Bomb's cheek. He dived back behind a wall, and waited for his allies to intervene. There were more shots from each side, as the public screamed as dashed off. In the commotion, Da Bomb stumbled on the second bullet - the one that had just been fired.
He picked it up from amongst several pieces of wood and pocketed it, again for inspection. As sniper rifle fire tore back and forth, Da Bomb sprinted silently over to the small house opposite the bar, where the first shot had been fired. He smashed in the doro with his shoulder, pulled out his machine pistol, and hurried upstairs. Inside the one room where three men firing through an open window. Da Bomb placed several shots in the back of the first before he was blasted in the chest and sent tumbling back. As reinforcements for DB entered the building, Da Bomb ordered the two to drop their weapons. The first threw his rifle to the ground, but the second had to be shot repeatedly in the leg before complying.
"These two bullets match," Da Bomb explained several hours later as he looked through a microscope, "Whoever burned your bar tried to snipe me off today."
"And now we have two hostages. Well done Da Bomb," kid thanked as he eyed the beaten Italians tied to a couch.
"Did you check those guys for bugs?"
"The works," kid responded, "So when we move them to my nightclub hideout in Staunton, they won't have a chance at escape."
"Good. Should I begin the questioning?"
"Please do. But try not to beat them up too bad. You want them to be able to speak, you know.
Da Bomb smiled and strolled over to the Italians.

"FUCK!" commando hissed as he crossed the police line and ran into the house. He saw the blood spattered on the wall and the dead Italian and his automatic rifle on the floor. The forensics team was hard at work taking notes, which commando tore out of the leaders hands and glanced over. Commando tossed them back and hurried downsatirs, and out the door. He hopped in his police cruiser and drove down the road to North Heights Bridge, where he usually met his informants. This time it was a tall Lebanese man with a hummer. Commando pulled up behind him and greeted him.
Commando- What's up Amir? Any news?
Amir- I really can't talk here, kids spy's are all over the place.
Commando- What do you mean?
Amir- Kid has taken the Italians to a place called......
Bang! A bullet tore through Amir's head and Amir went toppling off of the bridge into the water. Commando ran to the edge and saw a speedboat pulling away. Commando opened fire with his pistol, but missed the whole time, the bullets bouncing off the sides harmlessly. Commando hopped in his car and drove down onto the beach, following the boat. Commando reached back for his MP-5, then began to shoot again. The bullets tore through the sniper on the back, who fell dead into the water. Another man came onto the deck, and sprayed commando's tires with an AK-47. Commandos swerved out of control, and hit the brakes just in time to save a little kid from the flying car. Commando made sure the kid was ok then watched the boat speed away. The assasin had apparently escaped.

Kid was satisfied. He had destroyed the Triads drug planes depriving them of resources but most likely angering them. The good thing was that they didn't know that kid had destroyed them.
Things were pretty boring for the past week. Not much action was happening in Portland. Commando hadn't tried to attack any of kids businesses. Kid had wondered why? Was he trying to lure kid out into the open? Maybe. But commando didn't know where kid's hideout in portland was.
Kid didn't do much for the past week either. It seems that the cops had weakened somewhat as there was a less then average amount of squad cars on the streets. Kid found it odd but didn't let it get to him. If he went and stirred up trouble then there would be cops swarming the streets.
Kid's businesses were generating a lot of money and had gave kid several million in just a short week. Kid went to his garage and got into Bobcat- one of his favorite trucks. It was a dark green color. He drove over to the Lottery store several blocks away. He walked inside and purchased $100 in scratch off tickets and $100 for the Big Game Mega Millions which was to go off later tonight. After paying the man kid got back in his truck and drove to the magazine store a half mile down the road. He walked in and purchased some video game magazines as well as a copy of the new metal gear game from gamecube. He paid the man and then got in his truck and went home to his hideout.
He got out his scratch off tickets and scratched them all. They were mostly losers but kid managed to win $10,000 on one of the tickets as well as a couple $100 winners and a few $2, $5, and $10 and one $50 winner. He seperated the winners from the losers and put the winners in his pocket. He would go cash them in and claim his money later.
Kid walked into the living room of his hideout and sat down on his favorite chair and turned on the news. Again, there wasn't much happening other then the boring stuff from the past week. Kid was wondering if commando had given up and submitted to kid.

Sweat covered Da Bomb's ruddy face as he inhaled deeply, and lifted the large weight up one more time. Working out in the gym had been a favourite pastime for many years, and it seemed to help him unwind after extensive periods of stress. During his 3 hour period at the gym, he had spent the majority of his time pounding a punching bag (and kicking it too), but had moved onto weights when he felt he had warmed up.
But, it was time to get back to work, and so Da Bomb left, and made his way to kid's hideout. Inside the dimmed room were the 2 Italians, who were refusing to comply. For over a day Da Bomb had tormented them, but it seemed that their mental conditioning was much above average. It was time to move onto the pysical punishment.
Da Bomb struck the first Italian below the eye before asking harshly, "What is your name?" It was a simply question, but the Italian kept his mouth shut. Da Bomb shrugged, and struck him once more square in the nose. As blood streamed from the first Italian's face, Da Bomb repeated his question. He wasn't answered.
Da Bomb gestured to a nearby guard, who fitted a brass piece over the knuckles of the interrogator: DB. The latter began to pound the torso of the first Italian, relentlessly damaging the ribs and knocking the air out of the unresponsive captive with the brass piece. "What is your name?" Da Bomb repeated.
He could wait no longer. The first Italian did not even move his lips during the entire ordeal; the frustration Da Bomb felt increased with each unsucessful blow, until he stepped back, and prepared to beat the Italian with his full force. He was about to knock a few teeth from his unresponsive captive when kid came from behind, and held his fist.
"He needs to be able to speak," kid joked with a smile before kicking the Italian in the chest. By now, the latter was bleeding, and developing numerous bruises on his face.
"Well, if he isn't answering," Da Bomb sighed with little sadness in his voice, "I am afraid he is no use to you, kid." As he uttered the wrods, he brough his pistol from his shoulder holster, and jammed it into the face of the Italian. At first, the captive was quiet, but quickly blurted, "Alessando!"
"You name?"
"....yes!" the Italian replied in pain.
"You treacharous bastard! Shut up!" the second Italian cried. He was swiftly beat into unconsciousness by kid.
"Good. I am glad we can talk like civilized people now," Da Bomb announced, "And don't worry - if you just answer a few questions, no harm will come to you. We will even drop you off at the police station after patching you up," he promised with a smile.
"...fine," Alessandro blurted out, having reached his breaking point.

Commando drove off the beach aft not stopping the boat. Sure the sniper was ddead but he wanted everyone else. Commando looked down at his police badge. He had a dutie to forfill, and he was going to keep it. Chief Morris had been shot the day kid attacked the police station, and killed. Although the two were at odds commando missed him somewhat. He swung the squadcar over the sidewalk and drove back to the police station along highway 102. Gino hadn't been talking or calling lately, and commando wondered why. The Italian mob boss was a close friend, ando commando wanted to find him. As he was about to enter the police station, a bomb tore through the foundation, sending commando flying backwards. The building collapsed, all 15 stories, burying all the cars in the parking lot and sending debris everywhere. Commando watched in horror as officers inside screamed in terror as they were crushed. "Get an ambulence!" commando shouted. Commando rushed back to his squadcar, where he noticed a sticky note on his seat.
Officer (Captain) Commando,
I haven't forgotten about my seaside docks that you ruined. And this is my repayment.
-Kid.
Commando crumpled up the note and hrled it into the fire.
