Since I no next to nothing about Magic, I can't really rate it. So I gave it a 4.

I don't see any sort of strategy behind this deck, just counter and creature, which won't really work for higher level playing. However, since it's counter, it'll beat a lot of other decks technically slightly better than it. I give it a 5, although out of 10.
To improve it, I'd suggest putting in a good bit of affinity cards, such as Broodstars, Frogmites, Scales the Teeth of Chisgoria, and possibly Myr Enforcers (or rather, more of them). If you're not worried about tournament playability, four Seats of the Synod as well. And actualy Counterspells, they own that much. Get some more Mana Leaks, and drop the Fodder Cannon and the Remove Souls. This'll at least do something for your deck, I only hope it'll help.
Also, if you've got the cards, you might consider modifiying this deck to become a counter/affinity deck, it'd work much better.

I know the feeling, I'm playing a control deck right now (but it happens to cost a bit more ;D), and the number of counterspells you can play at any time is always a problem. If you play a Mirrodon Block affinity/control, you could have a winning strategy. For that I'd have to suggest blue/black, maybe with red. You'd need to be playing the basic affinity cards (Frogmite, Myr Enforcer, Tooth/Scale of Chisgoria), AEther Spellbombs, Thoughcasts, Disciples of the Vault, and Thirst for Knowledges. You could also play Necrogen Spellbombs, Nim Shriekers, and Broodstars. If you put in red, you'll need Pyrite Spellbombs and Shrapnel Blasts.
Yes, I have played Mirroden Block way too much.

This deck it dismantled now, I've grown to hate counters coming each way.
