Yes, it has finally arrived. I have decided to create a LOTR RPG - a totally unique idea created soley by me...

Fine, I stole it from Gamefaqs. Anyway:

You must pick a race, a name, and divide up your character points in order to create yourself and your attacks.

You begin with 1,000 points, but you can increase that by killing off enemy leaders (the other posters on this board).

Now, to create an attack, you must do a calculation:

Number of HP taken from opponent * 10 = Point allotted for the attack.

For instance, a 10hp attack would cost 100 points.

You can create as many attacks as you want, but remember that you also need HP. Any points from the 1000 you do not use on attacks are used as your HP. For example, if I use 770 points on attack, I'll only have 230 HP. Try to find a balance.

Cool you finally got the LOTR rpg started. Ill join of course since my character is below. I don't know much about LOTR but I will give it a shot though.

Name: Kid
Race: Human
Allies: Currently None
Enemies: Currently None
Strengths: Very accurate and almost always hits the enemy. Has good amount of HP. Good attacking power and defense.
Weaknesses: Sometimes acts before he thinks of the consequences and thus sometimes gets into trouble.
Hit Points: 300

Attacks-

Rifle Shot (150pts -15hp)
Punch Punch Kick Combo (200pts -20hp)
Impact Grenade (350pts -35hp)


Ummmmm I guess thats it for now. Is that ok to start off with DB? Lemme know what you think.

Special Items

Now, I forgot to do this, so I'll put it here.

You now have 300 pts to spend on new items for your character. Here are the items:

1.King's foil weed - Heals your character by 20HP. Costs 70 pts.

2. Fangorn Water - Heals your character by 30HP and increases all attacks by 5HP for 3 turns. Costs 150pts.

3. Wrath of Elendil - Increases the power of your attacks by 10HP, and lasts for 2 turns. Costs 200pts.

4. Power of the Palantrì - Allows you to double-post and perform 2 moves in a row. Costs 125 pts

5. Mithril of Thorin - Permanently increases your health by 10% (rounded to the nearest increment of 5). Costs 200pts.

6. Reborn - Allows you to come back from the dead (like Gandalf) with full HP and your usual attack strength. Costs 230 pts.

7. Elven Bread - Heals your character by 10 HP. Costs 30pts.

So there you go. The shop is now open. And remember, if you kill an enemy, you inherit all their special items!

Weaknesses- Small considering he is a human, no magic powers

Throwing Knife (50 points, -5 HP)
Mace (350 points, -35 HP)

I'd prefer if you do it now, to make everything more organized. Each time you die you can buy new items, though.

Let's see what items should I buy? I have 300 points and I need to buy items. Well DaBomb, not to be a copy cat but I think Im going to buy the same items as you. The items and quantities that you purchased are a good amount and they have good effects so I'll take the items too.

Strenghts- Strong, really violent. Stops at nothing until his enemies are dead. Good with all weaponry. A super strong serial killer. good defense.
Weaknesses- Doesnt learn any magic attacks until he has a very high level, sometimes attacks before thinking of the consequences. Accuracy is slightly lower then everyone else.
Hit Points- 200

Missile Barrage (200pts -20hp)

There thats my character. I think its pretty good for a first try. I stayed in the guidelines and didnt do anything illegal.
