DB: Koalski. It is almost time to make the next move. But first, we will need more arms, along with a handful of armoured vehicles.
Koalski: Are our own arms not enough?
DB: No. I sold most of mine to that Commando fellow. We need a real player in the arms industry to hook us up.
Koalski: O'Brien is a notorious dealer. The last I heard, he received a fresh shipment.
DB: I think he went out of business...
Koalski: Why do you say that?
DB: I had him shot several days after my deal with Commando was complete. He presented too much competition. I wish I hadn't been so quick to pull the trigger.
Koalski: *sigh*
DB: I realise that you should be informed of such things. I'll see you are always in the loop.
Koalski: Thankyou, sir. Anyway...there was a large dealer in Venezuela who primarily sold drugs, but the word on the market is that he is expanding operations. I do not know for sure, though.
DB: Where is he?
Koalski: I am unsure, but I have a hunch that he is - or will be - heading to Austria.
DB: Why?
Koalski: Many are predicting an all out war there, and many dealers want to tap in. There's money to be made.
DB: Try to contact him. If you can't, look for that oil billionaire in America. I've had a couple of small deals with him before.

After the President stepped down from the podium, all military institutions were placed on DEFCON-2 alert until further notice, and installations near Austria wre placed on war readiness. During this time AWACS planes were being put on defensive control. The Coast Guard and U.S. Customs were involved with the closing of the borders for all Austrian people and goods. There was even a police patrol assigned to covering the Austrian Embassy.
However, as I was lying on the ground, two United States pilots walked over to the two guards and shot them. Then the pilots arrived next to Dr. Cess.
Pilot 1: "Doctor, I believe it is time for you to come home."
Dr. Cess: "Yes, it is."
Pilot 2: "Welcome back."
Then we walked over to the helicopter and stepped aboard. Once the door was closed, the helicopter departed from the accident scene and began to return to the Air Force Base in Germany.

As the helicopter was approaching the German boarder the helicopter made a right turn towards Poland, Russia, and the rest of Eastern Europe.
Dr. Cess.: "Where are we going?"
Pilot 1: "Guess..."
Dr. Cess.: "Poland..."
Pilot 1: "...no..."
Dr. Cess.: "...Russia..."
Pilot 2: "...no..."
Dr. Cess.: "Then where?!"
Pilot 1: "...Chechnya! We want your knowledge on biological weapons!"
Dr. Cess.: "I know nothing about that!"
Pilot 1: "RUBBISH! We know that you did advanced research with some biological agents and you even created some drug-resistant weapons."
Dr. Cess.: "That was a long time ago."
Pilot 1: "No, it wasn't! Now, I must send the video tape my partner made of our capture of you to every news agency and to the Russian government. We want to show them that we are stronger then expected."

DB: Well, I would prefer to rid this world of my true enemies before we make our next move.
Koalski: There may be someone who can help with that.
DB: Oh?
Koalski: The Chechens have obtained a doctor of some sort. One who may offer some guideance in building biological weapons.
DB: I see they are rather busy. I doubt they will give him up.
Koalski: You did once tell me that you would plan to simply invade Chechnya once you have more strength.
DB: True, true. Then I believe our next move will b to acquire this Doctor you speak of. Begin the necessary preparations.

WE I arrivged in Chechnya, I was placed in a panel truck and driven off the airport. After a few minutes of driving, we arrived at some type of building. Inside was only a table, 2 chairs, a camera, and a tape recorder with a microphone. I wasn't reallyasked to sit in the chair; I was forced down in the chair and handcuffed to the back.
Guard: "Doctor, I believe the general is here, we will turn the investigation over to him."
Before I even noticed that the guard was gone, a tall thin man was standing in front of me holding a vial of some sorts.
General: "Do you know what this is?"
Dr. Cess: "It looks like some type of biological agent..."
General: "You are correct..."
Then without warning, the door bursted open and another man, wearing a suit entered the room...

Unkown voice:That's for me to know and you to find out. Anyway, I have a proposition for you. You join the ALA and help win the war against the coup, and I supply you with all the arms you'll need both during and after the war.
Julio:What will I need arms for after the war?
Unkown voice:To keep the business going, dumb***.
Julio:What business...oh yeah duh. Heh sorry I'm a little slow right now, Jet lag.
Unknown voice:Well, thanks for accepting. Be above Austria around noon tomorrow my men will take care of the rest. Also, your first shipment is on your plane. Don't look or else you die.
Julio:How can you do that? There's no way you could know where I am.
JUnkown voice:I knew that you're in Switzerland. So what's to stop me from knowing exactly where you are? Who said my location anyway?
Julio:Uh..well..I.
Unknown voice:That's right now shut up and go about your business contacting the ALA. That is all for now goodbye.
Julio just stood there in awe. He was confused and dazed. He went over and looked in the hold of their plane and sure enough there were crates of weapons! He nearly fainted.

Meanwhile back in the ALA headquarters Col. Tetzul was shifting through the lastest intellighence files over a coffee mug. He suddenly came across an interesting article.
London, Britain, October 9.
Notorious arms dealer O'Brien (first name unkown) was found dead on a beach this morning. The Irish crimelord had several bullets in his back and several stab wounds as well. The killers are unkown. O'Brien had been suspected of working with Commando and the ALA several days before, exchanging arms and money. O'Briens operations are now scattered and broken. More on this story later.

The ALA cars sped down the dirt road in Slovakia, kicking up dust and rocks as they made sharp turns. Occasionally a Slovakian soldier or two would jump out of the woods and get a shot off at the convoy, but would be swiftly cut down. In Commandos hummer there were 2 ALA soldiers with assault rifles and one with an RPG and a sidearm. Commando was holding a submachine gun and was in the passenger seat. This whole arms deal had gotten seriosuly ****ed, and he was not happy. Another Slovakian jumped ut from behind a tree trunck but was shot through the head by a gunner before anything could happen.
As the lead car in the convoy went over a stone bridge, it tripped a mine wire. The mine exploded and the small bridge collapsed. The hummer fell into the water and the other cars screeched to a halt. Commando hopped out as did the other troopers. They would need to walk through the woods and find other transportation.

Commando was the first to step into the woods. His MP5 outstretched in one hand and a pistol in the other, he felt secure. His 40 or so ALA comrades followed closely behind. they had set satchel charges on the vechiles in the convoy and as soon as they got out of range were going to blow them up so the Slovakians wouldn't be able to commandeer them. Or better yet, blow them up when the Slovakians found them. Overall the whole expedition into Slovakia was a big mess. The arms deal had failed and several ALA men had been killed, and the Slovakian government was very angry at the ALA. Just what commando needed, another country after his head.
On the dirt road 5 minutes later several Slovakian patrol cars saw the abandoned ALA hummers. The soldiers got out and looked inside the cars. One Slovakian sergeant saw a beeping box underneath one. Ge- he started to yell but the C4 charge exploded, ripping him to shreds and killing his buddies as well. The cars, both ALA and Slovakian, went up in a fiery cloud of smoke.

DB: The Doctor?
Koalski: Unharmed, and in our custody. Your soldiers are moving to the extraction point.
DB: Good. How was the operation as a whole.
Koalski: I...I am afraid it did not go as smoothly as hoped. Our last report indicated our troops were under fire. The Doctor was being moved inside an armoured jeep.
DB: What happened?
Koalski: It appears we have someone who may not be as faithful as we had expected. One we apprehended the Doctor, the facility alarms all activated. The Chechens must have been warned shortly after we had begun the operation.
DB: Find him! And make sure the Doctor is kept alive! Take more soldiers if you need to!

I've kinda corrupted the Russian government. So they're on my side, and are attacking neighbouring countries.

Commando and his men were far away from the blasted convoy by now, trudging through the forest. There was no path but the ALA men knew they were close to the Slovakian/Austrian border. As birds chirped and insects buzzed around, Commando turned to a nearby soldier and told him to run ahead while everyone else took a break. The soldier nodded and ran off.
The rest of the men sat down and started cleaning off their weapons and talking queitly. A Slovakian military chopper flew by overhead but it most likely did not notice the ALA troops, as they were very well concealed. Other than that nothing happened. Wachter took out a large K-blade and began sharpening it before seathing it again.
The scout returned in half an hour and informed Commando the coast was clear. Commando nodded and ordered everyone to move. Up ahead there was an abandoned farm but Commando went around it. An hour later, after climbing several hills and crossing a river, they could see the Austrian border.
Taking a pair of binoculars, Commando looked ahead. Two Slovakian soldiers were patrolling back and fourth with AK-47s, and several civilian guards were in a buildingtalking over a lunch break. Up in a tower a Slovakian with a large sniper rifle was surveying the area. On the Austrian side there seemed to be more security. There were what looked like Special police officers scattered about, as well as Austrain regular troops. A high ranking officer was there as well, critiquing the special forces. This would be tricky.

Back in the ALA base the new weapons were being distributed to the new recruits. A day ago the ALA had ambushed another Russian convoy and killed every single person travelling along with it. The Austrian army had come to help the Russians but were easily repelled when the ALA troops fired rockets at the terrified footsoldiers. All in all about 50 Russians and 13 Austrian troops were killed, with only 1 ALA death. The remains of the convoy were taken back to the ALA mountain base, and a good dinner in the great hall was in progress. Unfortunately Vladimir Putin was now sending even more Russians to Austria so the ALA were aware they would have to fight again soon.

DB and Koalski, along with a highly-skilled team of operatives, were working inside the command area of DB's main base. Much of the team was aiding the operatives in Chechnya uncover the Doctor, but several, including Koalski, were looking for the insider. DB desired the obedience of others above all else - save for power.
Koalski had a list of suspects, who were being watched closely. If any were to show even the slightest sign that they were disloyal, DB would round him - or them? - up and subject them to the worst torture he could think of.

Carrick and DB had been partners back in the day, but one of their weapon deals went awry, and Carrick was left for dead while DB escaped. He had lied low for years, building up strength and acquiring powerful weapons, but he needed more support before he could launch an attack on DB.
He got it from the Chechnyans. That country had disarmed one of their stolen nukes for a handsome price, which provided the country with enough money to buy weapons for their army. That army mainly consisted of conscripts, criminals and several captured soldiers from other countries. They had been planning to use Dr. Cess to increase their power, but the Doctor was well on his way back to DB in a sleek chopper.

Wachter, who was with Commando, ran down the line and knealt beside him, submachine gun in hand. Are you sure we should go through here? the brave Austrian whispered in Commandos ear. Commando nodded, as they needed to get out of Slovakia fast. Wachter sighed and went back to where he came from, presumably to tell the ALA troops to get ready. It was clear he did not want to go through here. This was the best place Commando thought though. He and his men had cover, and they could shoot the border station from that cover until everyone was dead, then simply cross back into Austria. However, he needed the right oppurtunity to attack. The Austrian special police were somewhat covered, being on the opposite side of the border, and they could do some damage. The Slovakian troops and the civilian guards wouldn't be a problem however.
Meanwhile down at the border crossing the special police seemed to be leaving. They all got into the back of a camoflauged Austrian army truck and the truck, with a rumble, turned on and drove away. The only one who remained behind was the police captain, who was inside a building now. What could they have been doing here? Commando wondered. As he sat, back against a pine tree trunk, he thought some more about his failed weapons drop in Slovakia. DBs weapons were captured by Slovakian troops, and Commando had let his emotions prevail over common sense by letting a Slovakian love. Stupid idiot! his mind yelled at him. The Slovakian had probably alerted his superiors by now. Commando couldn't make that mistake again and risk the safety of his men.
Standing up, Commando ran down back the line to Wachter, who was kneeling down, putting the scope on a customized sniper rifle. Commando explained to Wachter that he would assault the border guards directly and that Wachter should watch the rear flank in case more Slovakian patrols appear. Wachter agreed to this and took 6 ALA soldiers with him deeper into the woods to watch the back of the group. Commando meanwhile rounded up the rest of the men and prepared for the attack.

The man who entered the room pulled out a gun with a silencer and shot the guards dead.
man: "I have come to retrieve you."
Dr. Cess.: "Who are you?"
man: "I am a special operative from DB's organization."
Dr. Cess.: "Why me?"
man: "You have knowledge that we wanted to make sure did not get into the wrong hands."
Dr. Cess.: "Ok. So, how are we going to get out of here?"
man: "There is a car waiting for us."
Dr. Cess.: "So, we are going to exit through the main entrance?"
man: "Other operatives have neutralized the enemy."
Then both of us left the room and literally ran down three flights of stairs and out the front entrance towards a waiting black sedan. When we got in, the car took off for exit of the compound.

DB found himself not in the control room, but inside the hospital wing, with his arm in a sling and bandages around his head. He sat up, his back aching, and called for the Doctor. He rushed over, and pushed DB back down onto his bed.
"Sir, you must rest," he said.
He pushed him off with his functional arm and stood up. "I must do nothing!" he shouted, I want to know what happened."
A bomb had gone off inside the control room, apparently, killing 3 people and injuring everyone else in the room. Fortunately everyone that DB actually valued - Koalski, McBride - they were well enough to continue working.
"Koalski!" DB yelled, "I need to know who the traitor is. It's obvious he did this.
Koalski winced in pain as he rose from his bed. "I have a lead, sir," he replied.
DB was wide eyed.
"I do know the traitor was on the weapons deal mission recently," Koalski informed, "And apparently he or she planned on having the Slovaks find out about our little deal."
"Find him Koalski! Or your head will be forfeit!"
