I hate the way the only recourse for a losing team is to place the blame squarely on the manager. Sure, he has much do to with the preparation and organization of the players, but at the end of the day, it is a team loss, not simply the manager's.
If you continuously lose, don't expect positive results by firing the manager who the players know, understand, and trust, and replacing him with some nutball.

It's a good stratagy. Because next they replace all the players too. Then it doen't matter who the manager is, this way they don't have to pay him as much.

The problem is the blame the players last. The manager is just a high-paid scapegoat who smiles to the cameras.
