Because the issue is between England and Ireland. America is not involved.

Ireland? Northern Ireland is friendly, though seldom makes headlines, while southern Ireland is populated by terrorist bastards, lead by the IRA.
Picture Iraqi terrorists and replace their suicide bombs and blunt axes with machine guns and bombs in buildings.
Though the people there may be friendly, the IRA is plain sick.
