Kid had received reports of terrorist activity in urban area of the city. He gathered up a team of 30 men all armed with various machine guns and grenades and they got into hummers and jeeps and headed off to meet the disturbance. Of course kid knew the city the most since he lived there the longest and because of this his hummer led the way. Minutes later they found themselves near a hotel which had at least 25 terrorist soldiers standing outside. They were about two blocks away and decided to stop here as to not alert the terrorists. Apparently from what kid could see, something big was going on in the hotel and it was up to his team to stop the terrorists at all costs.

Several memberso f the team raised sniper rifles and locked onto seperate targets, while others prepared to rush from behind the wall and take cover behind several large pieces of concrete, most likely from a destroy building. The sniper bolts snapped back, and within a instant several Helghast, dressed in plain black suit, toppled over and fell to the ground. Immedaitely the others began to fire, and yook cover behind the concrete. The snipers reloaded, and fired once more.

The team of soldiers were led by Kid and DaBomb and they were already winning the battle. At least half of the terrorists outside of the hotel and been destroyed. One man finally saw the snipers and other people firing at them and pointed screaming. Immediatly the terrorists aimed AK47's in kid's direction and began firing at his troops although most shots missed due to the slight distance between the groups.
One terrorist got out his radio and spoke.
"We are under attack and have lost half of our ground troops outside. Requesting immediate reinforcements from inside the hotel. Just in case, please hurry up with the robbery and make sure to drain the hotel safe of all its money." the leader of the small group of terrorists said.
Immediatly afterwards ten more terrorist soldiers armed with M-16's ran out of the hotel entrance door and began firing at the attacking soldiers. They had to stop the intruders from getting in the hotel. They had to stall for time while the robbers and terrorists inside cracked the safe and stole all the money. Of course the men inside would leave through the back exit and load their money in several waiting pickup trucks which would take off to the terrorist hideout once the robbers got out with the money.

Once the call was completed, the terrorist Helghast began to take up defensive positions and wait for their squadmates. Many hid behind chunks of concrete and debris, but those who weren't were picked off with the infa red sniper rifles. Finally, more Helghast came, and sprayed machine gun fire at the enemy, downing one and injuring another. They even hurled a grenade, which blew the limbs of one of Kid's soldiers.
Kid rolled, pulled out his combat knife and repeatedly slashed the torso of one Helghast, then plunged his dagger into the jugular of another. He stole the two weapons of the said Helghast, and began firing at another group, downing three and injuring one.
Kid's group moved in toward the hotel, but Helghast snipers were making it difficult to approach. Another of Kid's 30 was killed with a headshot, while another was hit several times in the stomach, and would bleed to death without medical attention.
"Requesting an airstrike," kid spoke into his earpiece to High Command, "These terrorists in the hotel won't budge."
"An airstrike on publicly owned property?" was the answer, "Are you sure?"
"Completely," Kid shouted, "Get on it."
"Very well. 2 attack craft are heading to your position. E.T.A. 3 minutes."
The aircraft came, just as reported, and fired severtal rockets at the hotel, smashing apart the top floors and causing the majority of the building to collapse. Most of the Helghast were killed, but the few others continued to attack, killing 2 more of KidGame's soldiers before they were eventually taken out.

The battle was over before it even really began as the terrorists were all eliminated. Unfortunately the hotel was destroyed in the process. Even worse over a hundred innocent civilians died in the process due to the explosions and the building collapsing. Kid's team quickly got back in their vehicles and made themselves scarce ashamed of what just happened. They drove back to headquarters.
Later that day on the channel 6 news a reporter showed the devastating scene. The camera showed hundreds of dead bodies, both terrorist and civilian, all in the rubble while the reporter didn't know what to say. Eventually the woman said that the hotel was taken over by terrorists and that a team of soldiers led by kidgame tried to stop the terrorists and save the building and tenants inside. Unfortunatly the terrorists knew that they would lose and they called on an air strike to destroy the building and themselves.
The camera then changed to a picture of earlier that day showing the soldier on the radio. Everyone assumed that was the proof and evidence that the terrorists called the jets to destroy the building.
Kid's team breathed a sigh of relief. Everyone thought that kid's team were the heroes trying to stop the terrorists and that the terrorists destroyed themselves along with the innocent people and the hotel. Only kid and his own troops really knew what went on that day.

KId and DB were part of an elite, and secret organization known only as Section 31. Those inside this organization took it upon themsleves to fight any threat, whether by terrorists, other countries or even extra-terrestrials, if necessary. Kid and DB were not the leaders, but ranked very highly.
Unfortunately, that vhad not been the only terrorist attack that day. A team of six had comitted several hold ups, stealing a total of 112,975.22 credits from various stores, while another team, this time consisting of 25 terrorists had stolen several million credits from a rich business man, and had killed 16 innocents when they tried to escape.
All this money would go towards buying arms from private dealers. With these arms, the terrorists would try and gain control of the city, and the mines of rich ore, too.

Of course the leader (who was very mysterious and made few appearances even in his own organization and only talked through the speakers throughout the building) had heard about these acts of terrorism. It was horrible and wouldn't stand for him. He disliked any acts of theft or terrorism or anything remotely bad. He was in his locked private officer and had gotten on the Public address system, preparing to relay the message to everyone presently inside the building (which was hidden underground from public eyes).

The leader later informed DB and Kid that an insider in the terrorist group was defecting, and had relayed the coordinates of the terrorist hideout to Section 31 HQ. He was willing to return the money and supply Section 31 with information on the terrorists, as long as he was protected, and was given 10% of the stolen money.
The leader, codenamed Cerrius, didn't want to give away the money, but his hands were tied. He sent Kid and DB to the hideout, a deserted, underground bomb shelter created in earlier wars.

Kid and DB arrived at the bomb shelter. Just for safety, they brought along 5 extra ISA troops as backup units. They had a variety of weapons. All had various handguns as a sidearm. The primary weapons of the backup troops were: 2 AK47's , 1 M16 (with grenade launcher attachment), 1 Spaz shotgun, and a PSG1 sniper rifle.
Kid also carried an M16 with grenade launcher, a .350 magnum, as well as hand grenades, phosphor grenades, smoke grenades, and flashbangs.
DaBomb was carrying an M16 as well, and also had a Stubby shotgun and Magnum revolver, as well as variouts grenades.
The team quietly made their way over to the Bomb shelters entrance. Fortunatly, it was unlocked so the door was simply opened. Upon peering in, kid saw no enemy troops and using the IR Goggles and Night vision turned up nothing. So the entrance was all clear. Kid, DB and their troops made their way into the shelter. Now they just had to find the defecting terrorist, get him to safety, and get the money, then get out.
